I want to say THANK YOU!!! I Just left the Dierbergs location in Des Peres and had the BEST customer service EVER!!! I was looking for beef short ribs. I asked the meat counter gentleman. he walked over with me to the place they should have been. there was only 1 pack and I really needed 3-5 pounds. he was nice enough to not only go see if he had any in the freezer but he also cut them and from full ribs. To me this is real customer service! This is just one example on why I drive past 4 other grocery stores to come to this location. THANK YOU for having the BEST employees!!!

I am a Dierberg's shopper through and through. As a single person with little time to cook lately I've been relying on premade meals and salads found in the prepared food/deli depts. I'm loving the premade salads, Southwest Chicken being my favorite. I also like the "lighter meal" options with fish and chicken. Meat Lasagna fantastic. Instead of buying regular groceries each week I've been purchasing 5-6 of these meals. Some for lunch, some for dinner. My grocery bill has decreased and so has my food waste. This will probably be what I do for the remainder of the summer!

This pharmacy is excellent in every way. Helpful kind hearted professional pharmacists and staff AND efficient no nonsense service. Far superior to other local pharmacies.

Love the covered parking option. Nice deli and hot food options, haven't bought their lemon blueberry loaf in a while - but it's yummy. I like the fact that there are 2 different seating areas if you want to catch a bite on the run.

This is my usual store. I always have an excellent experience with the employees and the selection of items offered. The music is also excellent. All around its my favorite store to grocery shop. I made the mistake of going to Warson Woods and it was not good. I will stay at this location. Great job!

Just went in today to pickup a few groceries. Walking in I saw a sign for $3 salad bags. I thought it was a decent deal. So i grabbed a bag of caesar. Upon checking out it rang up as $3.99. I yold the checker and she called the manager who gaslighted me and told me that i did not see a $3 sign. I told the cashier no thanks on the caesar and checked out. On walking out i see a worker pulling the $3 sign down. Come on.. honor the price you have posted. Don't tell the customer that they are crazy and then hurry to take down the sign. Its insulting

Stopped in here for a fresh flower bouquet for a friend in the hospital. They have a nice refrigerated room with bouquets of varying prices, colors, etc. I had chosen an arrangement and was going to ask the employee a question when I noticed some gorgeous options sitting on the checkout counter. I asked the employee if they were about to put the arrangements in the case and if I could swap the one I had chosen for one of the counter ones. That's when I learned - it was my lucky day! The counter ones were "starting to bloom" so they were marking them down by 50%. The employee helped me choose the best looking one :) This experience was top notch! I had already been to 2 different stores before coming here and couldn't find a bouquet for under $75 dollars.... I was able to get a beautiful reasonably priced arrangement here. They wrapped it up for drop off at the hospital and even offered to call and find out the room details to put a tag on the packaging for me.
