Buyers beware! Rollerblades sold here come equipped with wheels that need to be replaced after a single skate. Be prepared to invest an additional $70 for new wheels the day after purchasing rollerblades here. This was a very disappointing experience with Dick’s Sporting Goods at West County Ctr.

Normally come here to shop for sports gear and I was looking at a bike for my brother for his birthday and as soon as I took it off the rack two employees walked over. One said to just don’t touch the bikes and was nice about it and we left them alone. Another employee with a beard came up to us and was totally rude to me and my other brother and started arguing with us for no reason using profane language. He threatened to call the cops on us after we had asked him what we had done wrong and he was a totally disgusting. He should be fired.

My friend and I were looking at bikes. We got kicked out by some worker because apparently we were "damaging equipment". We tried to tell him we weren't doing anything to the bikes and he just threatened to call the cops on us

I've been here a few times. The last time I made a purchase here, I bought a Yeti bottle that was on sale. After check out, I noticed that it was rung out full price, had to jump back in line to get it fixed, didn't receive an apology for the mix up and wasted about an hour of my time. These most recent experience wasn't even worth it to jump in line. The lines were so long it wrapped around racks/the escalator with only one person at t the register. I just feel bad for those people where there are multiple registers, but minimal help. I would have purchased 3 things, but like I said, it just wasn't worth the wait.

On September 4, I saw a lady rudely yelling at a family because they were bouncing a ball. She wasn’t even nice about it, but instead she was so rude and disrespectful. More people like her should not be allowed to work anywhere or treat anyone like that. Couldn’t get her name but she had green pants on and has short black hair.
