“I signed up for the Mother’s Day event, and from the moment I arrived, I was warmly welcomed by a wonderful person named Aija (I hope I’m spelling her name correctly). She invited me into the beautifully decorated room where the brunch was set up—it looked amazing, and the food was absolutely delicious!
I also entered the giveaway for a gift basket but didn’t think much of it at the time. During the event, Aija helped me design a beautiful bouquet of flowers, and we ended up having the most genuine and uplifting conversation. I truly felt a real connection.
To my surprise, I received a phone call today from Aija letting me know that I had won one of the gift baskets! I was so excited—especially since my Mother’s Day had been a bit overwhelming. That call truly brightened my day.
When I went to pick up the basket, I was once again greeted by friendly staff, and Aija personally presented it to me. We even took some pictures together. The entire experience made me feel so special, and I just want to say thank you from the bottom of my heart.

“I really like Penney's, they have a good selection and good prices, even though like everyone else there's not enough help. However, a recent experience ordering made me think I never want to order anything again. I ordered two pairs of men's shorts that were supposed to be shipped to the store. That was on July 2nd. Two weeks later I'm still waiting and have heard nothing. I called the store once, and they said that they would check into it and get back to me. Didn't hear anything, so I finally just went over to the store to see if they had any in the store. Turns out they had a table full of them. I went ahead and bought two pair, though they're $6 more each than they were online. Called again, asking if I could just get a price adjustment, but she told me I have to go to the store to do that. No one ever told me why on earth they didn't ship them to the store, but it's been annoying and I could have had them all along. I'm usually not an online shopper anyway, not sure why I ordered them but I guess it was because of the sale. I'm thinking I probably won't do it again.”
