If I could give this 0-stars I definitely would - I had the worst interaction with the woman "claiming" to be the manager - My family all have separate accounts with Commerce Bank for over 20yrs and after dealing with her we will be closing all accounts and transferring to a new bank.

Horrible company. STAY AWAY!! I've tried all week to pay my bill. Reached out to customer service and was lied to. Now magically on the day i'm getting charged late fees my payment goes through. Sh*tty customer service. Sh*tty bank.
