“I love this hot topic! It's always clean, has great merch in a variety of sizes, and everyone is always so nice! I was so excited about one of my fav comic book covers being on a shirt (I had painted it before because I loved it so much and the employee Makayla was so sweet and listened to all my yapping 100 stars for Makayla and quality customer service*).

“went in for a pair of jeans bc i have almost no decent pairs of jeans that fit anymore & wasn’t sure what size to get or anything. Maddie was SO HELPFUL and friendly & helped me by finding me tons of jeans in styles i was looking for and helped me to find my size and length of jean i liked=) she made the whole experience so easy. i didn’t find EXACTLY what i was looking for today, but maybe i will next time or at least i know my sizes now so i can always order online. Thank you so much Maddie!”

“The store is really cute, however … it was full the whole time we where there, the fitting rooms where occupied by the same group of teenagers the entire time. There was no assistance whatsoever, the lines where quite slow and the skirt we bought turned out to be the same one they have at another brand.”

“Loved the clothing. Perhaps another person for checking out would have been nice. The long line was a bit much but the 1 clerk did apologize for the wait and she was very pleasant along with the fitting room assistant who was nice as well. This is a busy season with graduations, ribbon ceremonies etc. This store seems to do well. A bit bigger space would be fantastic.”

“The shop is very eclectic and fun to browse. I went in not looking for anything and left with a giraffe sculpture and a "Love" sign language sculpture. Very fun store. Staff was nice and helpful.”
