She truly went above and beyond to help me (even though it was my mistake, which is what true customer service is all about). Buckle in West County is beyond blessed to have her. Buckle should be proactive in keeping her and strive to make all new employees resemble her totally. I will no longer go to any other Buckle besides this one. 5 stars is not enough for my experience. There was no assistance whatsoever, the lines where quite slow and the skirt we bought turned out to be the same one they have at another brand.”

“Shopped at Arie for bras, Jess and Kabrina helped me out. The only reason for 4 stars was just not walking out with a bra that I fell in love with. Not the employees fault! My bf wasn’t bothered by other employees to leave so that was good! The employees did their best. The sizes, and my sister bra sizes just didn’t work with me.”

“wanted to buy one shirt but the sensor was right through the back of it so I knew there would be a fat hole. wanted to buy another shirt but they couldn't find it, even though it was showing in stock. staff was nice though”
