Very professional and welcoming branch of JP Morgan chase. The staff greets you warmly once you step inside the building and I never had to ask twice for my business. They always have a good knowledge of your banking issues.

Drove all the way here from Union to withdraw cash from the ATM, just says technical difficulties. Then got a suspected fraud email for my ATM card, then approved it as me. Still says the same thing after trying it again. Also did the scheduled ATM withdrawal... that didn't work either. Even drove to 2 other branches, didn't work either. This review is much deserved. I will be calling this branch on repeat until this gets figured out; and my review will stay after it's solved. Would of done in-branch but Chase still only allows $3000... lol. Chase is terrible, and people need to know what to expect.

I have tried making a payment on my Chase credit card twice and both times Chase has used a different endorsement than the payee name so my bank rejects for improper endorsement, as they should. The person on the 800 number was no help. Then, when I try to call a local branch to assist, they tell me no one is available and I should call back. I think 1 star is generous, would go 0 if it was an option.

Horrible over and over and over. Horrible bankers, horrible tellers, horrible attitude, horrible customer service, horrible knowledge. I can give details if anyone is interested but I am thinning of keeping my money under my mattress rather than dealing with this branch. It’s not been one incident- opening accounts, getting cash, their solicitation calls. All a nightmare.

First time I've walked in to a Chase branch to open a new bank account with them. It was a very clean building. A banker named Amir Hadzic helped me immediately when I walked in to help set up an account with them. Everything had gone smoothly and Amir was friendly and helpful.

I would give chase -100 starts if i could, I opened an account in Maine before moving to this area, i have been locked out of my account and funds multiple times.I spent 2+ hours at this branch with the Manager and a teller trying to release my funds and see my online banking. I am still unable to view my online banking and reach my funds.I have never been more disappointed in my life.Please do better.

I was written a fraudulent check for my business and chase closed my account because of it. How was I supposed to know it was fraudulent. Isn’t that what fraud protection is for?!?!

Had been locked out of my online account for two weeks, hadn’t been able to solve the problem over the phone with customer service. Went to this branch and I was helped by Jordan. This man was on the phone for an hour jumping through hoops to fix this. He was super friendly and helpful, great guy.
