This location AC has not been working for last 2 trips within last 2 months. Love Charlotte but its too hot to try on clothes. Horrible conditions for the store associates. Please be kind to all retail associates.

Wish I could give this store 0 stars. They target costumers and make it very uncomfortable to shop there. There was no greeting as well.

Don’t go here. They ripped us off because their dressing rooms were closed and they wouldn’t give us cash back. Their clothes look very cheap, and they’re bad quality. The customer service is terrible.

Did not even say hi or greet anyone walking in and decides to follow people instead. Within one minute of walking in, we were followed for absolutely no reason. Staff wasn’t even discrete about it either. We walked and browsed around the store and only touched 1 or 2 items (not even), so I don’t understand the need for following and lack of customer service. I’ve never been in this store before this time, but I hope no one gets the service that we got.
