CC3 Solutions is a SPAM based partner/sales provider for AT&T. They use the same unethical business practices as AT&T, this includes calling businesses and pretending to have meetings scheduled with key members of the business, yet have no names of who they are supposed to meet with. They will call weekly, they do not care if you tell them you are not interested, they will continue to call and call and call, attempting to make the same SCAM over and over again.
This is not a company anyone should do business with, due to their unethical business practices.

Geoff reached out to assist me with the caller ID names on my business cell phones. He was able to solve problems in no time that I couldn't get solved by calling ATT Customer service in hours and hours of calls. On the U-Verse account (Internet and land line number), I was told that I needed to call support on that to put in a request to correct the caller ID Name (or CNAM). All phones are now named properly so when clients see their Caller ID they can correctly identify who is calling them. Thank you so much for your help. Doug @ STL Beds

CC3 has changed the way i think of my job/career. They have single highhandedly helped me from personal things in my life arising and helping me feel like i belong still.I couldn't be more grateful for the team and leadership being there for me when times got tough. I always strive to bring my all and they do the same for their employees, 50/50.This company is great at providing resources when it comes to training, coaching, and furthering my career in the telecommunication space. Along with some great transferable skills.

TWO THUMBS DOWN! They are all for pushing sales but in no way will they follow through with tasks they've committed too. If you contact Brandon Boynton today, you will most likely get a full voicemail box and no return call. Take heed to these latest reviews as this company will tell you one thing and do another! IT IS HIGHLY RECOMMENDED TO GO ANOTHER ROUTE! I was disappointed that I had to even assign a star to this rating!

This company is a joke. DO NOT DO BUSINESS HERE. I HAVE WASTED HOURS WITH THESE GUYS. ALL THEY DO IS TALK BUT NEVER DELIVER.
AND I MEAN NEVER DELIVER. I PURCHASED A SERVICE FROM THEM AND THE PRODUCT HAS NEVER BEEN DELIVERED . MY BILL QUADRUPLED.
THEY WILL NOT RETURN MY EMAILS OR PHONE CALLS. THEIR SALES TEAM ARE CON MEN.

I have had the worst experience with two of their reps.
This has been an ongoing process of 2 weeks to try to switch over. I was handed two separate quotes which looked amazing, they had us fill out paper work to only find out we have a down deposit owed since our company is young and has no credit.
This is all fine, however I had follow up questions and received rude response for a follow up and I have to beg them to call me back. I then went to the AT&T store and they said custome communications tends to make promises they can’t keep, they also will say they give you “credits after 90 day bill cycle” and that not be delivered. Amy request was simple and I was told by one rep she’d ask the other rep to complete it and both have been MIA in communications to me. I at first thought it was AT&T poor customer service but it’s really just Custom Communications
