Beware of this store manager. This store replaced my damaged phone and added the incorrect carrier to the new phone. I later discovered that once an incorrect carrier is added to your account it’s impossible for anyone at the store level to correct this mistake and the manager knew that. I was without phone service for over a week including the horror of not being reachable while a loved one was having a heart attack.What angered me most was the managers refusal to provide any assistance to me. He told me he as a manager, and his senior technician did not have an escalation path available to assist me. That is simply not true and further reinforces the fact that this manager knew exactly why my phone wouldn’t work and that they caused it.If you ever go to the store and your new phone doesn’t work, insist that they show you the carrier name on your account and if it is incorrect, do not leave the store until they correct the problem.Instead of using this space to rave about Apple since they provided the worst service ever I have to say how spectacular Spectrum technicians were and how grateful I am to them for helping me.

"Do you have a reservation? Great, you're right on time. Now go sit at that table with a half-dozen other unhappy customers and wait about 30 minutes for us to tell you someone will be right with you. At that point, you're probably only looking at another 15 minutes or so. But thanks for making a reservation! It really speeds thing along!"

I don't really see the point of it, you can use their computers to watch a mouse get pushed and drug on a screen, but that's about it.You can use the preprogrammed apple software but you don't have you your own files to see how fast the computer is in the real world.The geeks that work there (or is that best buy?) Who are we kidding they both are!!! They are like robots and can only tell you what's in the manual, they don't know and don't expect any brilliant, genius ideas from this group.Apple holds you hostage and makes you do everything through there environment and software and which makes it a barrier to entry to try to compete with them. Bring on the Feds and break up apples unfair business practices.

Great setup and great customer service. Please make a reservation, though, because it will save you a lot of time; this Apple store gets a lot of business because it's the one in the nicest mall in St Louis.

My daughter and I were racial profiled by the store manager Brett or Brent. I went to pick up an order placed online. My order was over $1k. I went to use the restrooms inside the store as I have done before on previous visits (my daughter loves Apple products). I cane out the bathroom to fine the store manager and 3 other sells associates waiting for me. I was told bathrooms inside the store is for employees only. Even though a non employee (customer)of a different ethnicity asked to use the restrooms and was allowed to do so. My daughter was sitting on the couch while I was in the restrooms and Brett or Brent asked my daughter (12) to move twice Because of training. He came off as if we, the customer, was aware training was occurring. As a customer, I am very disappointed by the way my daughter and I was treated. I expected more from the store manager.

I made an appointment to get a new battery put in my phone an IPhone 6s Plus. I was waited on in a reasonable amount of time. I was told my battery was strong and I didn’t know how to use my phone properly. I’ve obviously used it for a very long time. He turned off most of my apps. I drove home and by the time I got home my battery was dead. It was dead because I need a new battery. Now I guess I will waste another morning with a genius.

We went in yesterday to exchange three phones for 2 new phones. Worst experience I've ever had in this store, and I will not be back. The employee Mike was extremely condescending to the point of having us in tears, talked to us like we were toddlers, and made it a point to tell us that the problem was us, and not him. We were there for literally 4 hours +. Some of that was on us because we didn't know they switched to e-sim cards, and had to back up data, that's on us. But dear Mike took 2 breaks, assuring us someone would help us if it was done in one of those breaks, but my phone was ready the second he clocked out, and everyone scattered, making us sit there another 20 minutes waiting for his break to be finished. The staff also was snickering pointing at us knowing we were beyond upset. Ask him a question and he will literally hand you the answer on a screen, then proceed to read it to you like an idiot. Then get pissed when you ask him to stop. There's not enough room for all the crap he said and did. We won't even go into the arguments I had to have because I did not wish to purchase every single add on and extra service, and how he snickered when I said when I said I was unable to afford the extras. I should not be made to feel bad because I have a budget. It was constant pushing to buy add on's I didn't want or need. His explanations on things were extremely unhelpful and posed in ways to make people feel stupid, which was unnecessary. THEN when we finally were able to leave, neither phone was working, and he just shrugged and said call your carriers. Both carriers said he set them up incorrectly, so you guessed it, more hours to get the phones to work after we left. So if you'd like a fun day of being made fun of by staff, ridiculed for knowing what you want and having a budget, spending thousands and still not having working products when you leave, this location is for you! If you want to be treated like an appreciated customer, and an intelligent worthwhile human being this is not the place to go. I for sure will never go back, I would've had much better luck doing it all myself online. And while I know they pull in thousands daily and I'm just a drop in the bucket I will make sure to keep sharing the horrific experience we had yesterday because no one deserves to be treated like that. Kindness and respect go a long way.

If I could give 0 stars I would. The store is nice, you are checked in promptly and that is about the only good thing. The first experience I had was waiting for 45mins to simply use a warranty for a charger. Once someone finally came out to see the problem they took one look at it and said yes it's broke and we can get you a new one. I thought oh that's great. The guy then tells me he has to order it even though there is a new one on the wall behind him and the charger was bought there two weeks prior. Once again I thought to myself fine it will at least be fixed. I got a call 3 days later that the new one is ready and I thought I would put my prior experience behind me. Despite being assured my wait time would be short and I didnt need an appointment I was instructed to wait in the corner and someone would swap the charger. Both times of being in the store I have watched numerous employees just standing around that could help not just me but all the other customers who have waited ridiculous amounts of time. I don't typically leave bad reviews but for a company that prides itself on quality and service this has been one of the most piss poor retail experiences I've had in a long time. Get better apple or fire the stay wasting labor hours.

The store manager (Mike) is neither supportive nor reasonable with customers. Please do not expect him that he would listen to you or your concerns rather he would get aggressive. Employees are nice though I can think to what extent they too can support their customers if their supervisor has a rude and wrong attitude.
