Very disappointed in this store. All the shirts were wrinkled horribly? I was embarrassed for them. The clothes I buy online come in better shape. I left and will not return.

Terrible experience at this store! Incompetent stare who took 15 minutes to figure out how to register sales, coupons and percentages off. Still not sure they got everything right. Won't be shopping here again.

I’m a frequent Ann Taylor shopper, and I love the other location in St. Louis. However, I am so tired of people ignoring me because of my age. I’m much younger than the average Ann Taylor shopper, but I am a business professional and I have a modern classic style which is why I shop there. The ladies in there will talk to everyone else besides me, and will condescendingly answer any questions I ask them.
