“I love my car and generally take care of it myself. So when issues come up that I can't fix, taking it to the mechanic is always severely anxiety inducing. RPM diagnosed my problem (in minutes), provided the fix, pointed out a few other problem areas (offered to fix those, but they're things I'd prefer to do myself), and were able to perform some much needed preventative maintenance that I don't have the skills or tools to do.
They know what they are doing and never tried to upsell me on things I didn't need. I love that they provided me with options of each individual item they could perform, why, and let me choose which ones to do. Highly recommended.”

The car was preordered and he was so helpful and communicative letting me know what would be available, its progress (from “it is being built” to “it’s on the train” to the dealer responsibilities once it arrived there), customizing it, and then eventually picking it up! I was so glad for the communication on a significant purchase like this. The purchase process was straightforward and uncomplicated. My complaint with this location recently is a corporate problem. I made a formal complaint about no air condition in waiting area for customers or poor employees to cool off or have a break. To find out that this has been out of order for 2 to 3 months! Shame on district manager to not have this resolved!

“These guys are a lifesaver, this weekend I found a nail in my tire during my trip, most of the shops I called either had too many cars or not enough technicians to complete my tire repair. I called and they told me to bring it in even though they would be closing in the next ten minutes!”
“I started taking my cars to Big G in the spring of 2017. He's been taking care of my cars outside of the warranty, since then. He's been honest and upfront with me, from day one. On my very first visit, I thought that I was getting ready to spend at least $500, to get my car repaired. To my surprise, I only spent $120, where another mechanic told me $400 because my water pump needed to be replaced. When Geoff looked at my car, it was a minor fix. I've had three experiences, where someone was going to rip me off. Geoff is honest, his prices are reasonable and he gives his customers warranty on the work he does on your vehicle. It's worth the trip, if you live outside of his area. He just finished working on my car in December. In times like now, it's very rare that you will find someone like him.”
