Dont know what there problem is or the mail person gets lost but the mail keeps running later and later it's not like my mailbox is right out my door it's over a quarter of a mile away it realy sucks

Didn't deliver a package because the mailbox wasn't accessible. Construction workers next door have blocked the box in the past but today that wasn't the case. I have pics to show where the workers truck was parked for proof.

They don't even attempt to deliver packages. When I go to the post office to talk to them about it they have no idea what's going on and only the "mail carrier" can help me but there's no way to contact them. They told me to call before they open at 7:30am to talk to them but that just gets you put on an hour long hold.I'm legitimately confused, what kind of death grip does the mail carrier have on management to make it this hard to get help without them being involved?

I'm so tired of the incompetence of our mail staff. First I get messages from mail person on my actual mail stating that my dog bit them. (security cameras showed that my dog wasn't even out when she did drop off my mail.) Another several times I've gotten messages written on my 'days late' mail that they couldn't deliver because of my dogs.. yet they are inside m-f 7-4 and when they are let out, someone is home and usually out with them. Again, security cameras always on and always proving them wrong. This time I have a friend drop something off in my mail box after 2pm, that only had my name and address on it. NO stamp and no return address. Mail lady comes and put the package in her parcel! (also on security footage) I call post office to find out why and they say "because your mail box is government property and we are supposed to take anything in it"... ummm what?! Next time i replace my mailbox, I'll be sure to send the government my invoice to be paid back then. Would that not be common sense that if the package had JUST my name/ address and no stamp and you are standing at said address, then LEAVE IT!? The post office said "we sent it back to sender"... HOW?! when no other address BUT mine was on said package! But whatever lady, enjoy all my vegetable and flower seeds..

Literally the worst Post Office I have dealt with.The post master for this location doesn’t even know the basic postal regulations and policies. Oh, and packages getting delivered?! HA!

had 5 very important packages suppose to be delivered this sunday 5/23/21.. only one was put in my mailbox.. the other 4 were not delivered because the driver did not want to come down my drive which is free of any obstructions and is is very passable ... Tracking note says delivery was attempted , but that's a lie .. there was no attempt ... total BS
