Hannah uses quality products, is great about getting me in last minute when she can lol, always pleasant. She's worth the commute to me. The nails pictured are about 3 weeks old and that's after lots of swimming and dishes etc. Don't change a thing lady!

Seriously, hands down, the BEST experience I've ever had at any of the many nail salons I have been to throughout the years. This was my first time going to Nails Pro, and I would never go anywhere but there. The name "Nail Pro" says it all. The nail tech, Hannah or Anna, I believe, was so kind, beyond friendly, and very genuine! She was lightning fast with my fill. It only took about 15 minutes, as I got no color this time. I have never been met with such quality and kindness from any other nail technician in the industry! I never post reviews for anything, so if I'm making one, it's because the service was THAT good!Bottom line: the service was fast, friendly, and top A+ quality for a very reasonable price! Go here! You WON'T be disappointed!

New to the area I called to see if they accept walk Ins. He said only if they have time. I asked if they had time if I drove there now and he said yes. I got there and the salon was beautiful and he called me right away by my correct name. Mind you when I called he did not ask me what I wanted but when I sat down he said “Full Set” to which I said no I want a mani and pedi. He instantly said he didn’t have time for both so I said I would just do a mani..no problem since he was getting me in last minute. This place was not busy. There was him and 1 other technician who had 1 person getting her nails done. He was AWFUL. He rushed through it. I got gel and he didn’t even let each hand sit under the light and finish before he was changing hands. He literally thew the paint on and switched as fast as he could under the lights. The paint is clumpy and sticky. I have dead skin left. Nails are uneven with hangnails and not fully covered. He left wax all over my arm. I literally feel like crying bc I just wasted $48 for nothing. I will not return.

Fast, friendly, and did everything she could to get me in and out. Some places say they take walk-ins but they really don't and actually turn you away!!! I've been getting my nails done for 20+ years now and the places I come back to are places like this! Accommodating to my needs. That's what's up!! And she did a fantastic job with my gel manicure ? I'll be back for sure ?
