Didn't even get the dirt off, power washer very weak. Soap stains clothes. Went to use the vacuum paid $2 for the vacuum which I thought was cheap but then shut off after 5 minutes and wanted another $2 for 5 minutes, also could not read the screens.

It has turned around a lot. It was kinda ehh. But it's on par now. And always clean. Plus, it seems to be well kept on being maintained, the self wash tire cleaner, and presoak are up and running again, as well as the 2nd automated wash is running good again. I see the workers fixing issues and cleaning lot all the time as I pass by. As well as they always greet me when I come through.

No wheel and tire cleaner, no pre soap. Hoses leak all over. Floor mat clips worn out. Keep taking our money but never fixes anything. Good thing Festus car wash is a short drive away.

Ridiculous prices for the drive in wash. On the self serve the wash literally no soap comes out. The foam wash has no soap either. The little dryer my hair dryer at home does better than theirs. Once again a company charging more for services and cutting/ diluting therr goods.

Their automatic wash broke the 3rd barke light lens off of my vehicle. I advised the person working that I believe the car wash had damaged my vehicle. He opens the bay door and sure enough, my 3rd break light lens was completely broke off and laying on the floor of the carwash. He asks me if it's broken as I'm walking back to my vehicle & I advise him that it is. He then states well it looks like you received hail damage so just tell the insurance it was from the hail. No warning signs anywhere! He also states that he finds things all the time that were broke off of other cars! Like it was no big deal! I will NEVER take my business here again! If you care about your vehicle then please do not visit here, there's a high chance you too could be faced with this problem! Not to mention, he didn't even want to refund me my $15.00 for the wash. That wash couldn't even remove bird poop from my hood!

Went through the automatic car wash today didn't even get my car cleaned I paid $15 which is a lot of money. I don't know how you people stay in business

The auto wash is not worth it in any way. The self wash booths are better but some sprays don't work.

Everything worked even the wax and spot free rinse. Good pressure nice size booths. 2 auto washes, very clean . Changer seems to always operate correctly. Only issue I had was you can't take a bucket with you and wash your vehicle with it at this establishment. I can understand if it's mid summer or the 1st warm day after a long Missouri freeze, but come on the rest of.thw year this shouldn't be an issue. But it makes up for this with its spot free hand blower that seems to last forever. All In all. A nice place.

Recently stopped there put credit card in for the diy car wash, did the tires, switched to pre rinse and nothing, it wouldn't v switch over, I tried every sprayer, which BTW are not marked. Yeah I was out $4. Then the vacuum doesn't take credit cards so I did not vacuum my car. I will not be back. I'll find one in the city.
