Ok so I’m still not 100% happy with this place but I have to give a Five Star to Tammy for helping with my cancelation of my extended warranty and taking care of my emission inspection (why wasn’t I told this was needed when I bought it, oh because Petus brought in a bunch of out of state gypsies that were there just to sell cars. Probably didn’t have a clue of Missouri’s laws.) and finally Tammy helped me get the vehicle licensed. We will leave out that nobody contacted me regarding the lien waiver they needed after the gypsy called me the Monday after the sale and I told him I didn’t have one. The Civic was 20years old. Service, now that’s another story. Randall gets a five star plus. Very easy to work with, great bedside manner so to speak, I’d say went above and beyond. The emission inspection failed on the first try. Apparently you have to drive it for it not to fail. Mind you this is a 2021 with 27500 miles on it. Again why wasn’t this taken care of at the sale. Sales team gets a negative 10. When the emission inspection occurred Randal found that there was a recall on the clutch. They delivered as promised. When I went to pick it up. It wouldn’t start. Randall took care of that too. I’d been having trouble starting it if I didn’t start it every day. Funny how that got by the sales team. I’m calling BS on that. Finally we have one more road to travel . Some guy named Brent seems to be ignoring what was promised. I called them 6 weeks ago to remind them of what they promised. Well they will give me some windshield that is sub par but he doesn’t seem to think he needs to call me to discuss this so he gets a negative 50.
If you read my reviews you will see I don’t give out random cry baby reviews. But Petus has yet to earn my respect beyond their service team who I’m very happy with.

Service dept is terrible! Took out Jeep up there for the dreaded “wobble”. Still under warranty. They said they couldn’t duplicate the action, although it’s been determined to be a front suspension problem, and charged us to do NOTHING. WE had to call them for an update after waiting 5 days to hear from them.
No communication from the service dept.
Incapable techs.
Will never take out vehicles there again.

Kelly, Randall, and Nathan, in the service department, were very accommodating today. I recently had an issue, with Cassandra in the service department, but the team went above and beyond to make sure I was heard and taken care of! Also, a huge thank you to Melissa for meeting my needs and doing a wonderful job! Thank you four, so much!
Also, I wasn’t able to give Alan, in sales, a review when I bought my vehicle. Just wanted to make sure everyone knows he is a great guy to deal with! Very down to earth and helpful.

First off, I have to say, this is the friendliest mopar dealer in the area for service. Kelly was amazing, friendly, high energy, and very accommodating getting my truck into the shop. Cassie went above and beyond to make sure all my issues with my ram were addressed. Even though she is new to the dealership just like me, she was more dedicated to her job, very understanding about the situation, and extremely knowledgeable about problems within the mopar line of cars. She knew some of the problems before I even told her. Keep it up. Jason is always very friendly and helpful when checking on status. I haven't had much chance to work with him, but I'm sure he is the same caliber as the ladies. And I can't forget Jeff Elliott keeping things running like a well-oiled machine.

Ratings mainly over their body shop. It is the worst body shop. I think I have ever taken a vehicle too from not getting the paint to match to putting scratches on other parts of your jeep that didn’t have scratches to putting jeep decals back in the wrong location after you paid for the decals, they didn’t even put in the right spot like they spun around in circles and landed is where they put them to so much overspray all over everything even the tinted windows inside of the vehicle. This place is lousy terrible and shouldn’t have no business painting anything… I would suggest going to a preschool and giving them a rattle can of paint and let them paint your vehicle rather than going to this place

While I did not end up buying a car, because I typically can't make decisions very quickly. My experience with Devan was great and find his sense of humor makes the car hunting process pleasurable. When I do decide to finally make a decision, I will certainly keep Devan in mind
