My car had gotten vandalized and 2 windows had gotten busted out. They told me they only had one of the windows and they told me it was $270 for ONE window on my 2002 Subaru WRX STi. Makes me really upset because I went to Safelite the next day since I still had to replace the other and they told me it was going to only be $100 AND I get a warranty. My uncle who recommend this place to me is friends with a guy who works here because he owns an autobody shop and he takes the cars that needs glass here, but they didn’t know that when I came in. Needless to say, he was VERY upset when he found out they overcharged me by way. Too. Much. From the day I got it repaired, my window doesn’t roll down correctly and they didn’t clean the glass out of the bottom of my door. Don’t recommend coming here for anything!! And yes, this was about 2 years ago but I still get upset every time I get in my car remembering how y’all screwed me over so bad on a freaking window!!

It’s been a few years ago. They replaced the windshield in my wife’s car. They broke the cowl when they did the windshield. They did replace that part. But when they came to replace it. The service crew sat a toolbox on the hood scratching it. When informed of that we were told that “Their crew would not have done that” our daughter witnessed them do it.
They also broke a piece of trim, glued it back together and never said a thing about it.
I gave a 1 star review since there is no option for negative stars. And I will NEVER use their services again

The best service! From scheduling to service, this company really takes pride in their customer service and quality of their work. Even after a challenging windshield issue after install at no fault of theirs, they came to my home on a 2nd visit to help me! I will recommend them to everyone needing windshield services.

Terrible communication. Tried for almost 5 straight days to get a simple answer about a windsheild and still have yet to hear anything. When I call in it's always "we will get right back with you" or "we will call you right back" and they never do. Would do zero stars if I could because I still have a broken windsheild after almost a week of trying to get an answer.

Yet again, unbelievable service!!!!! All I had was a chip in the windshield. They accommodated last minute and told me to bring it in next day. They fixed the chip quickly, vacuumed my carpet, hung an air freshener, gave me a free can of window cleaner, and took time to explain several things about the glass. The ladies at the front couldn't have been more professional. I knew I was in the right place when I saw staff members cleaning oil spots from the parking lot. The attention to detail was mind blowing. If you need glass work done please use this family owned shop.

They were by far the cheapest and the fastest option for getting my windshield replaced after some gnarly hail damage. They came to me and job was completed very quickly and professionally! They went above and beyond and even put on a new sticky mount for my dashcam. Hopefully I don't ever need to get another window replaced, but will use Anytime Auto for sure if I do! Will recomend anyone who needs as well. Thanks you guys!!

This used to be the only windshield place I would ever use or recommend. Unfortunately the last experience I had was not great. I had two windshields replaced at the same time and they installed the wrong windshield in one of my vehicles. How is that possible you ask? My Ford Expedition has rain sensing wipers and my year was the first year for the new style sensor and they installed the windshield for the previous year Expedition with the old style sensor which is 100% NOT compatible with my truck. I called and they told me “sorry that’s what our computer told us to install”. I even offered to purchase a new correct windshield if they would just cover the cost of swapping it out. I was again told “we installed what our computer system told us to install”. To make things even worse, both vehicles have the new weather strip that goes around the windshield starting to peel off and I had to duck tape them down because the wind is catching them and actually pulling it off further. It’s really sad that I’ve been using this company for over a decade and probably had more than a dozen windshield replaced by them. Something has changed and not for the better.

No 5th star because they didn't transfer the registration sticker to the new windshield nor the oil change sticker and the previous place Is used always does. Great price, seems to be good work so far. I would definitely use them again for windshield replacement.

Not only does this company beat any other competitors pricing they are professional, honest, trustworthy, convenient and quick. Jessica in the office does a great job at customer service when it comes to quotes and scheduling. Always responds to emails and answered all my questions. Kevin and Cameron were the installers who came to my house. They showed up on time, were very professional, got right to work, had my windshield replaced in the amount of time I was told it would take and cleaned up before I knew it. They gave me the instructions I needed to know for my new windshield and was very polite/patient with my granddaughter who had to know every little thing he was doing or saying. Lol I would highly recommend Anytime Auto Glads for any auto glass needs you may need. I will be referring and calling back if I ever need anything again. Thank you for being so great to work with!
