Nice park with ample picnic sites. No access to the inside of the mill. Dillard Mill trail up to the top of the bluff requires a Ford of Huzzah creek. Water was mid calf which is normal for spring.

Went in April, and during fall and spring the mill and bldgs only open fri sat sun, fyi. Still gorgeous location worth the visit.
