Horrible experience! There was 1 clerk for the entire gas station when we picked up our trailer at 11am on a Sunday. He couldn't figure anything out and my husband ended up going through page by page to figure it out. We had pre-checked in. That was a waste of time. There were 4 other people waiting behind us for a rental. Good thing we knew how to hook up the trailer because there was no one to help. I don't think he would know how anyway. I certainly wouldn't trust him hooking it up. The clerk who checked in the trailer a few hours later was not any better. He didn't know how to do any of the paperwork, couldn't run the printer and didn't seem like he was too worried about that. We've always gone to the location on Laura Hill in O'Fallon but thought this would be closer. We won't be making that mistake again! Back to Laura Hill for us!

Absolutely horrible. Went to go rent a truck and the man working was HORRIFICALLY rude. Pointed at the back of the counter without a word, then took 20 mins to come talk to me. I've rented U-Haul without a reservation before, however when I told him I didn't have a reservation he huffed, rolled his eyes at me, and then told me I needed to go online and make a reservation and he could then rent me the truck. Like he just didn't know how to do a rental without a reservation. Unbelievable rude and unhelpful, went to another location 5 mins away and rented with no issue. Would have totally understood if none were available, but the rude attitude and just total lack of knowledge not so much.

The people at this location are wildly incompetent. Nobody knows how to rent equipment. Additionally, once they finally muddled their way through the rental process they discovered that they did not have the equipment we requested. A reasonable solution would've been "Hey we don't have this thing that you need - but we do have this other thing that'll work. Why not take that instead?" Instead we got "sorry dude". These people are completely, and utterly below the mark.

I've called this location twice in an attempt to rent a Uhaul moving truck and both times I was told they didn't have time to assist me. The first person I spoke with couldn't assist me with making the reservation, he advised me to go to tge Uhaul site. I did that but the site couldn't process my request. I called their 800# for assistance only to be told the location wouldn't have any vehicles for the day I needed. Ironic as it may sound, that was totally opposite of what the store had just told me. Needless to say I made the reservation for a different store. After receiving my confirmation email, I phoned Winghaven to ask about availability and to switch my reservation to their store. The female I spoke with told me "I don't have time, I'm in the store by myself and I have to help my customers. " wow! I thought customer service extended to someone that was trying to do business with you over the ohone as well. I do know I will not purchase gas or anything else from this store and I will ask my friends and family not to give their money to a store that doesn't value them as a customer. This is the worst service I've received from someone that makes $9.00 a hour.
