“Staff was great. System was down but they worked it out so we could be on our way before and after. Van was great. This is my second time renting a van for a short move <4hrs. Last time I rented from Home Depot in Chesterfield. They don't have any vans at Wentzville Home Depot but saw this in Google search. MUCH more affordable. Will use this location again and recommend highly to friends and family.”

“We just moved to the area and stopped in for some new appliances and a few odds and ends for our new home. This is, hands down, the best Home Depot we have ever been too. Jerry in the appliance department was so helpful, hilarious and just a joy to chat with. He was very educated in the brands and appliances that he was showing us. We bought a new fridge and a washer & dryer, what a pleasant experience it was too. We also stopped over to grab a door lock and had a question for another employee, Steve. He was honest and helpful. We greatly appreciated his input. The employees were so friendly and helpful which is such a welcome change from what we were used to in Florida. We look forward to having this Home Depot as our regular home improvement stop. Thanks so much to Jerry and Steve!”

“Coming from a Lowe's fan, I was highly impressed and satisfied with my experience working with William aka Curly!He has shown great customer service and was very knowledgeable when it pertained to the tools I needed assistance with. I actually came in for a second time today (03/31/22) looking for some materials for a new wall project. I wasn't expecting to run into William, but I was really happy to due to the lack of knowledge some of the other employees showcased. I came in for one specific item and left with a high recommendation for a completely different and better material option. Thanks Curly for your customer service.
