We had the first rude cashier we've ever experienced at a Schnucks, she snatched items out of my hand and refused to let me check out at customer service. Items were not ringing up to match the shelf price. We eventually walked away from her to check out at customer service.

Stopped by to get some cash from the atm. It cost 3 $ to get it. I'm happy I was able to get the money but at a great expense ?, never doing that again ?

Expensive, but you get good quality merchandise and good quality Service Plus of other Deli the deli people are so friendly and they are prompt and make sure you get what you want exactly the way you want it I would definitely recommend the deli it's wonderful and so are the people thank you.

This isn't my normal store, but I was nearby and stopped in for a few sales. There was one lane open to checkout....and with the new 10 item policy at self checkout...the lines were long. A short trip was a longer trip...not awesome.

I'm sure that in the spirit of enriching the Schnucks family, customer service has become less of a focus in the company's stores.
When requiring your customers to wait in slow lines because you don't want them clogging up self check out, but then when self check out is completely empty you only staff 2 live employees at the register, you create a bit of an obnoxious wait, particularly the self check-out overlord tells you to get in line.
Then when 1 of the 2 open registers is about to finish with the customer ahead of you, your employees aggresively tell your customers to wait until they're told to proceed to a particular aisle - then when they begin ringing you out they are throwing your canned goods to the bagger.
There are 2 Scnucks within 1.5 miles of my home, and I intend to shop anywhere else due to this most recent trip.
Does Schnucks care about losing me as a customer? I doubt it, I am but 1 person buying $86 dollars worth of items on this one particular trip, but I'd imagine if you continue throwing customers groceries for a long enough time, others will follow.

I just wanted to give a shout to Matt in the meat department who so kindly helped with our meat selection and cut us the most perfect pork chops ! His customer service was great! Over we really think all the teammates at this location are awesome!
I would highly recommend shopping here!

Those of you that don't care for the "self-service" route, try getting to this store earlier in the morning, especially during the week.The shelves are always full, the freezers are filled with great product and I really enjoy the staff that helps me ever couple of days to get me taken care of quickly, with great service and smiles.You are helping us usher along our days in my family and business life and I truly appreciate the atmosphere and speed at which I'm able to get in and get out each time I come.Thank you!

In this day and age you’re not really sure what you are going to get with people. Let me tell you, the manager Jon Williams went above and beyond to help me. He was very polite and knowledgeable. Thank you Jon!!
