I was disappointed to see that most of the fish had past away and had been rotting in the small oz cups and the tanks that were bare this is the 2nd petco I've been too and I find it disappointing how awful they treat the fish.

We have used the Vetco clinic several times for several different dogs over the years. We took Brownie in 2 weeks ago and were told as long as he'd had a heartworm test within 12 months we could get a prescription. We got the lepto shot and we were told to come back in 2 weeks for the booster and there would not be an additional charge. We showed up for his booster and they said it would be $50, the shot plus disposal fee. Why do they tell you one thing then another when you show up. Last year we took them to the regular vet. No surprise cost there. Didn't think we'd get jerked around from this.

While I have done most of my pet shopping here, I decided to have my mini-Aussie groomed here. At least, that was the plan. After being on their waiting list for nearly a month, they called me a few hours before his appointment time and said that the groomer was sick and that she would be going home early--therefore, she would not be able to do the grooming. These things happen, but their policy requires 2 days' notice of cancellation. In all fairness, they did offer a 3 p.m. appointment for the next day. My dog tends to get nervous about these things. For his comfort, I gave him his anxiety medication a few hours before the appointment. I arrived just before my appointment, and the first thing I saw was an employee with bright green hair and pink/yellow earrings--screams of professionalism. A snippy groomer checked me in. I mentioned that I gave him anxiety medication (issued by my vet), and she told me that they wouldn't be able to groom him because of that! She said "That policy is not on our website, but should be." What a colossal waste of time! I took off work early to bring him up there, only to find out this. Not only will I not bring my dog there for grooming, but I will not shop here in the future because of this. What a frustrating experience.

Molly took the time to talk through the grooming process with our 18 month old newly adopted Yorkie Poo. He had never been groomed. She assured me if he was anxious our upset they would stop and give him a break. Dogs know dog people. He trusted Molly and did great. He looks so handsome.

When a grown man stands there just watching my 100 pound 18 year old daughter load several 47 pound bags of dog food she's delivering for Door Dash, without offering to assist, that is pretty damn shitty. If you are willing to help the customers that come into your store, then you should be willing to help the DoorDash drivers who are literally helping your customers too lazy to come in and get their own dog food. Oh, and by the way... We are aware that Petco employees themselves placed the order because they did not want to have to deliver the dog food. So the order for delivery went through Petco website, and the employees placed it through DoorDash. And then refused to help load it into the car or into her car. Ridiculous!

I brought our pups in to get their nails clipped and filed. We were offered to have their ear cleaned and teeth brushed for $5 more, so we did. We were seen quickly and efficiently. The pups were happy and we are pleased with their nails, as well as the service, as always.

Sarah B. at the Dardenne Prairie Petco has been taking care of our dogs for a long time. First our Eskie, Willie and now our Pom, Shellie. She is an outstanding groomer and very eager to get the job done right, please the customer, and ensure the best possible care for our pets. They always come home looking fantastic! The staff is always so friendly. I brought our dog in to have her nails trimmed and Molly did such a fantastic job. They had gotten so long and instead of just a quick trim, she really took the time to get them as short as possible. We'll be back for sure!

Molly was amazing and made the best decisions for us to make sebastians first grooming a success! He smells amazing and he was a happy camper which made us happy as well! We will definitely be coming back to see Molly for life!
