Incompetent HOA management company. They only enforce some of the bylaws. Expensive company for very little work.

Worse management company ever! They do not understand customer service. Very unprofessional my way or the highway mentality.

Can't even manage to contract with companies that can get the irrigation system turned on. It is the end of June still off, plants and grass is nearly dead.

Omni manages my HOA near St Louis Missouri. This is the first time I have had the "opportunity" to work with Omni (or any HOA for that matter). We started the submission process towards the end of May to have a fence professionally installed. This fence is the exact same as my next door neighbor and being installed by the same company. I was given the impression by an Onmi employee that, once submitted for board review, it would take less than a week to hear back from the HOA. It has now been 3 weeks and we have heard nothing. I understand that Omni is not responsible for the decision on our denial or approval for this project. My point is this. I am required to pay money to Omni Management as a homeowner in this community, therefore it is their responsibility to take care of these matters in a timely fashion. It should not take this long to respond to something as simple as a fence that is being installed professionally by a company who has done lots of work throughout the community already. If Omni gets my money every year, then Omni holds the responsibility, regardless of the reason for these delays. I do not think that Omni is a bad company and I have only had pleasant conversations with their employees but, their process to manage the community and respond to homeowners takes quite a while which is odd when these people are their customers. Simply put, There is LOTS of room for improvement.

Asked to have an item added to our HOA agenda. Kelly H informed me that it was “difficult to accomplish” and “will not take precedent any time soon,” when all I asked for was to have an item placed on the agenda and how I may communicate with the board.I was already aware our next meeting isn’t until next year, her personal opinions (especially since she does not live in my community!) were uninvited and extremely rude. I would never treat a customer that way, she is not paid by our community to give her own two cents in.

Tim Tobin never responds. My husband and I were the president and secretary of our HOA and we would have been crucified if we didn't respond to the homeowners. I finally just contacted Payne Family homes, which isn't much better. Another time, we submitted plans for our landscaping and NEVER got a response. Another time, we were concerned that we hadn't received a bill for the HOA dues, so my husband called in and spoke to a lady about it. She told him they were sent out and to wait for it. When we received it a few weeks later, they had added a late charge and wouldn't remove it, even though, we had inquired about it weeks earlier. There is a strip of land approx. 10 feet wide between our yard and the sidewalk, which has been left in weeds, as well as the other side of the side walk next to the street. We are trying to find out what is going to be done with this as it belongs to the HOA. I am not confident we will get a response. My guess is that the builder will leave it and never answer us.April 2023, our contact person is now Amber and nothing has changed with Omni. My husband has left 3 messages and still no return call. I finally called the lawn company directly and they promptly came and remedied the problem. Why are we making a management company thousands of dollars. I’m still waiting for her to return our call so the 2nd issue can be settled.

A HUGE Thank You to Kelsey Burton! We are selling our home & needed documentation for prior work that had been approved over 10 years ago. I initially called and left a voicemail with someone else but Kelsey called me back. With the reviews for Omni, I wasn’t sure what the outcome of this situation would be. Kelsey called me back in less than 24 hours, gathered the information and kept myself and my Husband in the loop the entire time she was working on what we needed. I spoke with her on Tuesday and she said that she should have something figured out by Friday. Instead, she was done and sent us the paperwork next day. She made the situation stress free. Thank again Kelsey!

Unprofessional and inadequate. If they can’t manage their own business you don’t want them managing your community!!!! They lost 3 employees last week. DO NOT USE! You do not want to be mixed with these people. Things do not get completed in a timely manner.

While I understand policies have to be followed, the treatment I received on the phone from the accounting department was disappointing and infuriating. The woman I talked to was rude, inflexible, and condescending. Customer service in these circumstances should be a priority, but the staff seems to think that their customers are nuisances and take pride in being difficult. I’ve had many conversations with call reps that haven’t gone my way, but I have never felt compelled to make a negative review until now. There is a way to deliver disappointing news with tact, and the staff at Omni management clearly do not have that skill.Maybe the accounting department needs to take some tips from the woman who works at the front desk. While she wasn’t able to help me, at least she was considerate and understanding of my frustration.

Worst coordination ever. Doing construction on the complex making the tenants park a quarter mile away from your home. They are very nit picky on what’s on your porch. Very annoying company

This company is not easy to work with. I was told our neighborhoods assistant quit is why I haven't gotten a response but really the last 3 years have been horrible. They do not call back and almost impossible to get someone to email back. They even let a house not the right size be built in our neighborhood and when I called about it they never returned my call 3 years ago! They seem to do whatever the builders want. If have a choice do not use them.

They send out 'notices' for HOA violations, vaguely citing a large section of text, but not actually identifying the problem or problems. It has taken me a month to get ahold of someone, and they sent me the same information. I would love to be in alignment with whatever their interpretation of a bylaw is, but they don't seem aware.Their website is below par and because we cannot see violations online, better hope you get that vague-mail.
