“I came in 09/18/23... it was 11am....there was just the one female employee in the store... And I HAD THE BEST EXPERIENCE. Usually, in the past, I'm greeted with "please sign in, wait an hour, give us your password and verify... how can we help? oh sure let us look at it, come back in 2 hours..." BUT NOT TODAY MY FRIENDS!!! She immediately took me, just asked why i was visiting today, AND NOTHING ELSE! Thank god. I wasn't in the mood to jump through hoops.... and the problem was my charging port had a large piece of plastic that had lodged in my phone port from peeling from my phone's plastic laminate, preventing it from charging. She removed it, within 2 minutes of me handing her my phone. She fixed it, and verified it would charge. I was on my way in under 15 minutes total!!! I didn't ask for her name, but she saved my week, and did it quickly with NO HASSLE. I'll continue using T-mobile as my carrier, and I appreciated the no hassle service I recieved today, for once, that was a GREAT CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE. Thank you, and thank your employee for me. “This review begins with terrible customer service in Orange Beach Alabama and ends with great customer service on Hwy K in Ofallon Mo. While at the beach my phone stopped charging. I went in for help in Orange Beach. All I got was a salesperson who only tried to sell me a new phone. Six times she said I needed a new phone. I also watched her try to upsale an older man a $150 pair of earbuds when all his wife needed was a pair to listen to music on the beach. I came back to Hwy K and thank goodness I talked to Samantha. She used her trusty tool and cleaned out the port. The phone again charged. A coworker of hers asked whether she tried to make a sale. No, she did not that day. What she did was to ensure that both my wife and I will continue to come back to this store when we need new phones. It is nice when someone actually provides good customer service. Thanks Samantha.”

The associate (wish I had gotten his name) let me know immediately upon entering what that they were out of stock on certain things but he hoped he could still help us out. He was able to get our line connected and out the door with a new phone in record time, probably 30-40 minutes! (Did the exact same thing at the wentzville store 6 months ago and it took an hour and a half)”

“I bought a new phone on Amazon, went to a store in San Francisco, and they inserted an incompatible simcard. I didn't discover this problem until I was in St. Peters. This store replaced the simcard for free - with no trouble whatsoever - and made sure my days-long-ordeal attempting to activate my new phone would prove a success. “What a great target I love that is smaller and not like a really big target. I feel like it's more personable. Everything is neatly tucked away and it's easy to find everything.The dollar spot is right when you walk in, and very well organized. The customer service area is so friendly and also right when you walk in which is great because at some locations, it's all the way in the back of the store .The store was very clean throughout. There was no trash debris anywhere they take very good care of the store.”
