Came in on a Saturday and got a great haircut. The stylist was super friendly and able to take care of me, people walking in and answer the phone since she was by herself.

Had a sign out front that said "walk ins" welcome and when we got back to the salon no one was working. Another store associate said to come back tomorrow and the stylist would be in from 10am to 5pm. We came in the next day and no one was working and another store associate said they would be in tomorrow. At least the took the "walk ins" welcome sign down out front.

I love this store! Shopping for new curtains and Kati in drapery even took time to take down a display curtain to help me pick the right color. She was so kind, knowledgeable and patient with my husband and me. I also like that this JC Penney store as it is all on one level. Fun place to shop and always some great sales!

Always have to wait to buy anything from this store. Clerks at front registers also do returns. I do not shop here often, and avoid it when I can. Hate the wait.
