The newer units are good, I had an old one and it leaked and ruined 60% of belongings. Once I discovered the leak, they moved me to a newer building where I haven't had any problems. The only reason it is a 4 and not a 5 is that the grounds are always muddy. There needs to be many more layers of rock and some proper drainage installed.

My experience with Cuba storage was amazing. I came to the area without knowing anyone and they were the most passionate and caring people I met there. I recently moved to Virginia but was unable to bring all my things. I rented for nearly a year after moving. Their concern and helpfulness was above and beyond. Would definitely use their units again. Clean and never got any water.

The owner went out of his way to help us out when we had vehicle issues almost 4 hours from home and let us do a short term storage of our heavy camping gear so we could limp our vehicle home on a holiday weekend with a fouled plug . God bless you sir !
