“This was my first time dealing with Wayde’s Equipment. They were the only ones around for miles from where I live that would work on my (echo) chainsaw. My saw had more problems than I thought to repair and I’m fortunate Waydes is around to be able to get the parts they needed to repair it. All other repair shops told me they could not get parts for it. The entire building was very clean, their employees were respectful, courteous and friendly, I was greeted quickly upon entering the door and even the folks that were there getting other things done of their own were very nice folks. It was obvious to me that this was the right place to take my saw to get repaired. Their service was actually above and beyond my expectations. I’m right certain they have a rather big work load on repairing equipment for others but it didn’t take long to get my saw repairs completed. “We had the greatest experience today! We had two wonderful ladies, I didn’t catch their names, but I believe one was the manager, who saved the day for us! We were traveling from Phoenix, Arizona to Chicago, Illinois and when we got close to Cuba, our window wipers started failing and it was raining. They were both very knowledgeable and got the problem fixed right away and we’re very very pleasant about it and wished us safe travels! They saved the day!
