This is the best post office in the world!! Bonnie and Brandy have to be hands down the greatest workers! So friendly and super nice! We live in St Francis county and work close by to the post office and it is always nice going in and seeing the ladies!!!! We have a PO box at this post office and we can't say thank you enough to these 2!!!! Thank You ladies for going above and beyond for your customers!

How do I leave two five-star reviews? One for Joe and one for Bonnie? Been going here for so many years with absolutely ZERO problems dropping off many online sale packages and only ones that had issues were because of destination P.O.'s somewhere else in the country. Crystal City PO is stellar, what all USPS branches should strive to be. I've been witness to long lines at peak sometimes but it's only because Bonnie is really trying to help a very confused customer with their problem. Happens more than you think, but never have to wait that long, unlike some other places in town. The best!
