I want to start off saying how friendly the people are here, they were all so welcoming. With that being said, I came in to get my nails done for a wedding. The pedicure was all right but the acrylic nails I got done were terrible. They didn’t have very many color options and instead of clear acrylic color, they used pink. I really enjoyed talking to my nail tech but he told me that he’s not good at acrylic nails and that he takes $10 off the service so that he can learn. I tried being nice but also honest with him, but the shape was all off, the color was peeling off in an hour and on top of that I was there for a little over 3 hours getting this done. I payed a little over $100 for my services and my husbands pedicure which was crazy. The nails were done so badly I had to go somewhere else to get them re-done. I called the next day to talk to the manager but she wasn’t there, so I left a message with the lady that answered, asking for her to call me so that I could tell her all of this. Never heard back from the salon ??♀️ Please don’t agree to do services for a customer that the employee cannot perform. After getting my nails re-done at a different nail salon I spent over $200, if they would’ve just done it correctly the first time it would’ve saved me a lot of hassle and money.

I started communicating with the salon in late April early May for my September wedding. When I first started the conversation, I specifically laid out what I needed. I said I needed in home services the morning of my wedding for myself and 5 other ladies. Communication was sparse, but I finally got an answer at the beginning of June saying they could do it. I booked a trial for mid July (which cost me $132) and it went great. Three weeks prior to my wedding the owner called and left a voicemail. I immediately called her back within 5 minutes and I did not get an answer. The following afternoon, she finally returned my call and said that her salon would not be able to perform the services on the day of my wedding. She claimed that she tried calling me in June to say that her studio would not be able to do an in home visit. She made no such call as I did not have a missed call from this number. I also had an employee of the salon call 4 weeks before the wedding to get pictures of the hairdos that the ladies wanted. The studio owner claimed that she would assist in finding someone to do hair and makeup for my wedding and would refund my money from the trial. We are almost a month past my wedding and I have not heard from her or received a refund since she called and canceled everything on August 18th. Poor communication and lack of professionalism. I would not recommend Studio 7 to my worst enemy let alone anyone a friend or family member.

Barb cut my 13 year old sons hair yesterday and did an amazing job!! He’s letting it grow out and it was getting wild. She trimmed it up and thinned it out. She listened to him and did exactly what he wanted and it looks great! He said he found his favorite “hair lady” lol

Chy’s services are phenomenal! I’ve personally had a variety of facials and eyebrow services done by her and will continue as one of her clients! Great customer service and very knowledgeable as well.

I received a facial from Chyanna. It was wonderful. My skin felt so rejuvenated. She was super knowledgeable. I bought some facial cream that I love. I think my skin looks youthful now. I will definitely be back for another session soon. It would make a great Mother’s Day gift (hint to my kids)
