Miss Tiffany has been doing my sons hair for 7 years she does a fantastic job my son loves her she is sweet listens and is extremely friendly all of the staff at the crystal city location is great she is very helpful and customer service is A+ top tier I have recommended a lot of my friends there and can’t express how well she cuts hair and is so professional

I could hear the stylus before she took my son back that she would need a break soon but chose to take this one because someone else was leaving. I gave my son the option to go back and talk with the stylist for himself and let him explain what he wanted. She chose not to give him a full fade because the amount of hair he wanted to leave up front which I don't understand and the fade is terrible. It looks very choppy and now I'm going to have to pay someone else to fix this haircut.

I WONDER IF I CAN FIND A CORPORATE OFFICE # . THEY MESSED UP AND CHARGED MY SON TWICE FOR A HAIRCUT AND IT SUCKS BECAUSE HE JUST STARTED PAYING FOR THINGS ON HIS OWN, FROM HIS OWN EMPLOYMENT. HE HAS BEEN CALLING THEM FOR WEEKS, (THIS HAPPENED END OF MAY) AND THEY KEEP GIVING HIM THE RUN AROUND. TODAY, AFTER HE GOT OFF WORK, HE WENT TO THE LOCATION, WHICH IS ABOUT 40 MINUTES AWAY FROM HIS JOB, AND THE ASSISTANT MANAGER WAS THERE. HE SHOWED HER HIS BANK STATEMENT, AND SHE SAID , WELL THE MANAGER ISNT HERE, YOU HAVE TO TALK TO HER. HE SAID WHEN??? THIS HAS BEEN GOING ON FOR WEEKS, I NEED MY MONEY BACK. SHE SAID WELL, HER LEGS HURT, SO SHE IS OFF. JUST UTTERLY RIDICULOUS THAT NO ONE ELSE CAN HELP HIM GET HIS STUPID $20 BACK. RIDICULOUS

My husband went Sunday to get his hair cut. It was really bad the guy did awful. Call the next morning spoke with Tammy. She had him come back in on Monday. She fixed it. It looks so good. She was quick and very polite. As a manager she is everything she was suppose to do. We're not mad at the first person either everyone has a bad day. Thanks guys . Keep up the great customer service and Tammy is GREAT.
