Stylist: My nail stylist was great. Friendly even. Did a wonderful job.
The place needs proper ventilation. I nearly passed out from the fumes within the first 10 minutes inside.

King nails is a joke! I’ve been fighting a lupus flare which has put me in a downward spiral into depression this past week. Finally today I felt good enough to get out and do something for myself because it’s the first break I’ve gotten in a long time. I decided I was going to get a mani/pedi which I don’t do often because I have 4 kids. I sat down in the chair and the lady comes to do my feet and she looks at them and starts laughing and showing them off to the lady next to her and the customer next to me saying things like “I’m scared” and “did you try to do it yourself” because honestly my feet are very calloused and let’s face it, not very pretty. and at first I was embarrassed but I actually said “please, today is not the day to make fun of me.” She got up and was gone for a few minutes and when she came back, again she was laughing at my feet and pointing them out to the ladies next to us and saying stuff about them. At that point I got up and put my socks and shoes on and left in tears

Tony did an immaculate job on my pedicure and nails! My toes have been in rough shape and five of my toenails needed acrylic overlays. He did an amazing job and corrected the mistakes from my previous pedicure. I also received a full set of nails and showed him a picture of an ombre, pink and white, coffin shape that I had previously done years ago. He was able to replicate it beautifully. Don’t let the price tag scare you away; the attention to detail is worth every penny!

me and my brother went here for years loved the services never had to bad of services other than one time they kicked me out of the pedicure chair for someone else which wasn’t to big of a deal i still went back to them and then i made an appointment for 2 PM for a party of 6 for my sister’s bachelorettes tomorrow is her wedding! we sat there and waited an hour and 30 minutes past our appointment time keep in mine we all arrived at 1:50 PM they kept seating other people who where just walk ins. very disappointed me and my brother & other sisters will not be returning there again, do not make a group appointments with them unless you wanna wait hours after your appointment was made we ended up leaving.

We had an appointment scheduled at 2 got here and didn’t get sat for a hour and we had an appointment scheduled 3 days ago I’m usually here often very disappointed with the service. Not coming back here again

Friendly. Clean-ish. My dip is too thick, and the shape is sloppy. I hate that they use a gel top coat, do not prefer it, and it is not good for your nails. The lemon pedi was great, but they used an electric callous remover, and my heel split a day later. I've been getting my nails done for 25 years, and while I typically go to my normal place, sometimes travel necessitates using some place different, I wish there were higher standards even for one time only walk-ins.

Made an appointment. They never said that they were too busy to take me. Took three other walkins before me and left me sitting there for over 30 minutes.

Let me just make this short and straight to the point. If I could rate in the negative I would say -10 bc this not only was worst experience with rudeness of the whole place talking about my feet and laughing also with getting a pedicure without no calluses scrapped off no nothing was done worth $60. I will never be back.

I was looking at trying a place closer to me. I researched and read reviews and thought king nails would be a good try.
I requested them to remove my old dip nails and do a fresh dip on my natural nail. The lady removed the to0 layer with the grinder then tried to force a fake name between the acrylic and my real nail. She didn't try to soak them first just started to Jam a fake name between my real and acrylic. Of cous3 I was making a face because I have always seen them soak nails to help relieve the glue and soften the acrylic. After no success she finally started to soak my nails in the smallest bowl I have ever seen. And took off layer by layer of the acrylic. After the third layer she cut my finger with the grinder. It was so painful my body just pulled back my hand. She said sorry but at that point I just told her to smooth out my tip and that will be all. She ask. "No deep". I said no. I will make the hour drive up to a quality knowledgeable salon. Jason at A1 nails is only one that has the class to and knowledge to do nails right.
