It was easy to book an urgent care appointment. They are not our normal vet, but we were able to be seen same day when our dog got her leg caught on an exposed screw and tore a gash on her leg. The took great care of her, explained our options. Plus the cost was less than I expected.

Quick and courteous service..Hefty price tag..Was told labs would be $200; they were $275. Antibiotics were $140! I would have liked option to get them somewhere else that was reasonable..Glad my boy is going to be Allright..Sad that Butch had to retire..❤️ He was a gem?

Hillside takes excellent care of our dogs . We trust the vets and have received exceptional care. I highly recommend all the vets and so does Fraser.

Original rating was a solid 5 great staff however, HUGE price changes without explaining during exam is not acceptable. Exam used to be included if you received immunizations not any longer. Extra $100 I didn't expect on top of other price increases WOW.
After many years we had a new veterinarian as well, she was fine but I missed the original that we saw on almost every visit.

Dr. Jones and his staff are exceptional. I feel that I've been to a lot of Vets (all over KC during the past 10 years) as we have fostered doggos, and those with medical issues ... and Dr. Jones has been a cut above the rest -- by far.

They are awesome they got me in on the spirit of moment when my kitty couldn't eat when nobody else could get me in and they was really really cheaper than what I expected really a great place they are awesome with your pets

I've been to several appointments at Jones for my 17 year old cat. She was in bad shape, losing weight, her hair was matting, and she was always hungry. She was diagnosed with hyperthyroidism, and has been on a drug that is so easy to administer. It rubs inside her ear, so no forcing medicine on her! She has come such a long way since then, back to her old self! They go above and beyond to help. The staff is friendly and they do an awesome job. I've met 3 Veterinarians so far and each one is pleasant and knowledgeable . No appointment necessary, which makes it very convenient!

Best animal hospital you could ask for very loving caring professional staff that take your job very seriously they gave my pet the attention the utmost care anyone could ask for it. I mean I almost forgot we were there for my dog it felt more like a family member I was there for . I can't believe they're is care about my dog as much as I do. I'm sure there's better ways to say it I just wanted to put that out there they're great all the way around as soon as you walk in the door you know you took your dog to the right place time you leave you will never take your dog to another place again.

I cannot say enough about the staff at Jones AHC. I brought my 16 year old in and ultimately had to make the decision to let him go. The vet tech gave him some of her own lunch with his last meal. The vet was so kind the entire time. It was one of my hardest days but I’m so grateful we chose to give Jones AHC a visit. Thank you everyone so very much ❤️

We took our dog to Jones Animal Health Center for an end of life procedure. Unfortunately it was a condition that required euthanasia. First, I need to commend Madalyn. She is absolutely the most compassionate and caring person I’ve ever known at a veterinary hospital. She took fantastic care of us from my first contact with her to the point we left our loved furry friend behind. She is absolutely amazing. Dr Jones, Madalyn deserves a raise!
Next, they took us in the side door and we went straight into a comfort room where we were able to spend a few minutes with our dog before we left. We were so touched by the fabulous treatment we received. Having to do a procedure like this is certainly not easy but Jones Animal Health Center made it as easy as possible.
Lastly, I want to compliment, Madalyn, Dr. Jones, and all the other staff at Jones Animal Health Center. Whether you need veterinary care or you have to endure an end of life procedure, please go to Jones Animal Health Center. And when you call, make sure to ask for Madalyn.
Thank you, Dr. Jones for what you are doing at this amazing clinic and to all your staff who are just fantastic, especially Madalyn.

Jones is our favorite vet clinic! We’ve been bringing our pets here since they opened. Recently it changed that they take the pet out of the room and that made us nervous, but this past visit we could hear the staff clapping and saying “good job/good girl” to our dog. That is what you look for in a vet. We are 100% comfortable bringing our pets here and will recommend over and over.
