Took our 1 year old pitty to be spayed. 6 hours after she was home she started developing blood spots on her abdomen. Had to take her to the emergency vet on memorial day Sunday. They said she was 30 minutes away from dying!!!!! 7k, 5 days and 4 blood transfusions later our girl was finally alive again!!! I will never go to Jones again!!!! Not for even routine shots!

This place has saved my baby after going to the ER with no help. Always worked with me when I needed multiple visits for my old cat with a respiratory infection. Back then he was 14 now he's 18! Wouldn't have made it without their care. I wouldn't go anywhere else! His name is Romeo Forshee. Thank you for your support!

This facility refused to fill my Chewy prescription request due to chewy "treating them horribly." They didn't inform me that they no longer provide that service, after months of no problems. When I called the facility and spoke to their staff I was put on hold multiple times and forgotten about. When I did get in touch, they were helpful, but they disinvited me to their facility, due to what I assume is my justified frustrations. I would not bring my pets here. They want you to order from their facilities pharmacy and not Chewy, and make things as hard as they possibly can.

We have taken our family dogs to Jones Animal Health Center since they have been open and have never had a problem. They have the best doctor in town and I would recommend this place to anyone. When you take your animal there you don't have to worry because the staff loves them like their own.

I will never be back here. One of the first things I asked was how much things were going to cost and I was handed a post it note with scribbles on it. And then I stood in the room while 3 of their "techs" tried pinning my dog down on the table when he started practically convulsing. Nothing they did was to calm my dog down. They moved slow as hell with everything they did. No kidding he wouldn't let you cut his nails you gotta move faster than molasses. DO NOT BRING YOUR DOG HERE. I'be brought rooster in before and dr.sharky did an amazing job. This time with dr. Jones I will never recommend this place again

best vet we have ever visited. this is now our usual place to go for any medical issue. walk ins accepted and they always give the best price, compared to other vets, which costed $3,000 more than jones clinic. amazing service.

No issues here. Friendly staff and good service. Busy place, but when it's your turn you get the same attention and time and are not rushed. We usually see Dr. Jones.

Dr Jones used to be my go to for anything pet related but since he has sold it it's been not good. I have went there 3 times since he sold and where I saw him once I didn't again. The 2 last times I went I waited for 2 hours each time. My last time I took in a stray kitten I had found. I had questions about a flea and tick medication they were giving me with bad reviews. Now a real and professional vet would have talked to me about it but I got jumped by the unprofessional neon haired green goblin vet tech they have. Was told by her that I bet you didn't look up frontline... no I didn't because you didn't give me frontline!!! I looked up the product they were giving me because I've already lost a pet due to bad flea and tick medication. All while she is carrying on and yelling talking about how she knows her preventives blah blah blah the vet which I found also very unprofessional said nothing just stood there and let her pop off like a bi-polar psychopath. Sad to see such a good vet, a place I have went to for years go horribly down hill. Dr Jones you have done such a service for our community. You will be missed when you finally retire. I will be finding a new vet.

I adopted a rescued 3 year old dog. I stopped by with his records wanting to know if there is anything he needs. They did not want to take the time to look through a few pages of his history. Treat me like that, well your not good enough for my awesome dog.
