The staff is very friendly here, is close and convenient, and they get me in and out quickly. I did have a flat tire one time, which was completely out of their control, but they still went out of their way to fix everything. I recommend them and will continue to use them.

I rented a car from this location to use fir work for a week. When I returned the car, the person who checked it in accused me of all sorts of things happening to the car. I was accused of letting someone else drive it, accused of running over something and when I left he started calling my personal phone over and over and over asking personal questions. This guy is the ultimate creeper. This was 6 months ago and he has randomly called my phone three times since this rental in addition to the Kansas City office sending me unending mail on a rental from this location g ago. If you're a young female don't rent from this location. There is a major creeper lurking there.

The manager did a great job in helping us with our selection and rental car. We were in and out in no time. We had no vehicle issues and the manager gave us a discount on our over mileage. Definitely we use them again!

We broke down while traveling and landed in Festus, MO. We called the local enterprise store and Corey not only had a great vehicle I could rent, but picked me up at our hotel, gave me ideas on places to eat, and on hiking trails in the area. I felt safe and at home in their care. A hundred thank-you's!

The best thing I can say about my two weeks as Enterprise's customer is that my insurance company paid for the rental and the only thing I bought was the insurance. The first car I received gave me a warning light of "Powertrain failure." According to the manual, this means I could lose acceleration at any time. I pulled off the road and called Festus Enterprise for a replacement car. They gave me the number to a closer office. I called that office and then waited. And waited. And waited. On a ninety-degree day. With the car. The Enterprise offices closed at noon (it was a Saturday) and still I'd heard nothing. I called the 800 number and was cheerfully informed they could send a tow truck and drive me to the airport, which was the only location open Saturday afternoon. The airport is about 2 hours from where I live. I called the local office trying to get better results, and they also told me there was no other option. Finally the guy showed up from the local office, determined the car I had was driveable, and advised me to go to--AN OPEN OFFICE FIVE MINUTES AWAY! Why did no one else know about it? (And why didn't this fellow call me, ever, at any time during the two hours I waited, to let me know I hadn't been forgotten? And why was every other customer waited on before me--including people who walked into their office 45 minutes after I'd called with a problem?) The second car I got was MUCH better. But toward the end of the week the "Maintenance required" light came on. I called the Festus office to ask what they wanted me to do. I was on hold for 25 minutes. That's twenty plus five. Almost a half-hour. When the guy finally came on the phone he told me he was the only one there and had a dozen people in the waiting area. I'm sorry, sir, but your boss's lack of staffing ability should not cause a problem for customers. When I returned the car I was credited for the gas I put in the first car's tank on Saturday morning. Other than that there was a complete lack of concern for the trouble I'd been caused--two cars with warning lights, a two-hour wait on Saturday for a new car, misdirection, lack of communication, and a 25-minute hold time. I called the corporate office. They were prompt about returning my call and apologetic, but offered nothing. No discount on a future rental, no refund of any of my insurance, no nothing. We will be traveling later this year and renting a car. Guess who it will NOT come from. I have zero interest in doing business with Enterprise ever again. Unfortunately they are the only car rental place in Festus. They desperately need a larger facility and staff or they will continue to frustrate customers.
