This store has seriously problems. Pizzas used to be very good, the best in town. I just ordered online for pickup and instead of original crust like I ordered, it was a thin crust, burnt on one half, undercooked on the other half. How that's possible, I don't know. Doritos Cool Ranch Dip for an additional dollar was advertised and I included it my order but the store clerk said that they are out of it.
My son said that it appeared that the employees on duty were baked out of their minds. Basically just milling around outside the store, in a geosynchronous orbit, buzzed to the gills.

Went in there to get my 3 monsters for the next 3 days and they are all EXPIRED! March 10th, 2024 and they taste cross as hell.

Casey’s used to be our go to for pizza but overtime they have gone down hill tremendously. Last night’s order was probably one of the worst. It was cut as though my 3 year old did it. The crust was awfully rolled. Toppings were uneven. Wont be ordering again anytime soon.

I ordered on line . Pizza was suppose to be ready at 5 22. It's 5 45 and they just put it in the oven. Cashier was playing on his phone when I walked in. Had to wait for hom to pause his show to assist me. Store is dirty . They should close this location.

Trying to call for information on what hours they make pizza and twice I could hear the person clear as day but within seconds both times they say sorry our phone isn't working I can't hear you please order online!! Obviously they don't want to work and cost Casey's money!!

Typically love Casey's and their pizza but it's the second time using this location ordering a pizza, waiting an hour for the estimated time, and showing up and they haven't started it.

Very rude manager will never return. I don't know how she can be a manager and be as crabby and rude as she is to customers. I feel so sorry for her employees no wonder there's a new employee every time you turn around the manager Shelly is disrespectful and rude
