Took my 2015 Jeep Rubicon with just barely over 135xzz miles to them on my bosses recommendation to have them replace 8 total broken studs and lug nuts that were damaged when I had new tires put on over the weekend and for an alignment that was barely off. They had my vehicle all day which isn't a problem I work close by but never once called to tell me a price no call for approval for additional work or even to let me know they damaged it during their attempt to do the alignment. I called down there finally right before I was off only to be told it was done but that they cracked the casing for the tow bar and that the bill was $621 when I asked why so much they stated because they had to replace ALL 20 studs and lug nuts... On a jeep that literally just got brand new tires put on and has less than 136xxx miles no way all were broke . If they were I wouldn't have been able to drive my jeep over 45 mins one way to work every day. They admitted to breaking the bar but said it's common and no big deal won't effect driving and will just need replaced before I get an alignment next time. These crooks didn't even complete the alignment and it's wayyyy off now but damaged my jeep in the process and still expect me to pay them for this work that not only they didn't complete but that they took apon themselves to do without permission. Attached is the pics of my bar that most definitely effects my driving and I now can't get my jeep up over 60 without it shaking uncontrollably and pulling to the right. I am a mom of 4 little kids who ride in this jeep daily and this is my only transportation. I asked them to fix this and told them I wasn't paying for work I didn't agree to and an alignment they didn't complete and they refuse to make it right. Owner told me to go thru my jeeps full coverage warranty to fix my front end now from their negligence. I will be taking them to small claims court and sending them a bill from the dealership who now have to fix their mess up .

Had to have a radiator swapped out in a 2018 chevrolet 3500 for my business, they got it in and out in about an hour and a half,... pretty good considering that they were slammed at the time! Highly recommend this group of guys!
