I’ve purchased 2 vehicles. A 2014 f150 last year then today a 2015 Dodge Journey for my wife. She has less than perfect credit and a strict budget. She told them what she had as a down payment and what she wanted a payment at. To my shock and surprise they got her financed $50 over what she wanted to pay which was much better than what it started out at. They even took her beat up Yukon with transmission problems in on trade. The moral of the story is. If you have credit issues and you are seriously trying. Have a steady income and need a car go see them. We used Frank and he was awesome. If they don’t have what you want they will find something that will work for you. We used the Bonne Terre location both times. Do yourself a favor before you give up and give them a chance to help.

If there was a 0 star option, I would. The saleswoman Laura told me they opened at 10am, knew I was coming at 10am, and sold the car to some people who were already sitting down. 30 minute drive to Festus for nothing. She could have told me someone else was buying it. Literally had $1,900 CASH in hand to seal the deal. From the looks of reviews and customer service, I should have known they ran a bad/non-trusty business. Now I feel sorry for the new owners of the van buying from them. Who knows what it will run like... if at all.

BY FAR THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER SEEN & VERY DISHONEST SALES STAFF. I WAS TO MEET LAURA AND MIKE TO PURCHASE A FORD FOCUS AT 5 PM TODAY 7/28/17, SHE WAS WELL AWARE I WOULD BE THERE RIGHT AT 5 AS I HAD ALREADY PUT INSURANCE ON THIS VEHICLE AND HAD CASH IN HAND. NEVER WAS IT MENTIONED THAT SHE WOULD NEED A DEPOSIT TO HOLD THE VEHICLE FOR A FEW HOURS UNTIL I GOT OFF WORK. I SPOKE TO LAURA AT 12:45 PM TO GET THE VIN NUMBER FOR THE INSURANCE, AT 2:48 PM SHE SENDS ME A MESSAGE THAT THE CAR I WAS TO PICK UP AT 5 PM JUST SOLD AND SHE WAS SORRY, AND OFFERED ME A CLUNKER OFF THEIR LOT FOR THE SAME PRICE. UPSET WITH THIS PLACE OF BUSINESS IS QUITE AN UNDERSTATEMENT. IF THEIR CARS ARE AS GOOD AS THEIR WORD THEY ARE NOT WORTH DRIVING OFF THE LOT. PEOPLE PLEASE BEWARE OF PURCHASING FROM THIS DEALERSHIP.

If I could give this company a NEGATIVE RATING I would. In Aug of 2015 I brought my car in to 5 Star Automotive on N. Truman Blvd in Crystal City Mo. 63019 The RIP OFF they tried to pull on me was complete BS. I brought my car in for a miss fire on cyl 2 and they told me that it needed a new head and head gasket at a cost of $1600.00. I did not think this was true and left puzzled not knowing what I should do, Should I buy another car? or have them fix mine? So I walked down the street to e Auto Solutions on N. Truman and told them my situation and they told me that the price I was quoted was ridiculous and told me to bring my car in and have them look at it. So I went back to 5 Star Automotive and told them I did not want them to fix my car. They then charged me $150.00 for them to look at it to tell me that the Head needed to be replaced. I brought my car to e Auto Solutions and they fixed the coil pack and had my car running like a top in less the 30 min. and all for only $60.00 I highly recommend e Auto Solutions for any repairs. But by all means stay away from 5 Star Automotive.

Great auto repair shop. John the lead mechanic and shop manager is very competent and very fair. I from out of town and was in town working on a project at Mississippi sand and my truck was in need of a complete rear end bearing job. John and his crew got me up and running in a timely manner. Thank you for the hard work guys.

STOPPED BY TO GET MY OIL CHANGED AND THE FELLA ( JOHN ) WAS VERY NICE AND HELPED ME STRAIGHT AWAY ,I COULDN'T BELIEVE HOW NICE THEY WHERE, THERE WAS A FEW MORE PROBLEMS WITH MY TRUCK THEN I KNEW ABOUT BUT THEY SHOWED THEM TO ME AND WE MADE A PLAN TO TAKE CARE OF THEM BASED ON IMPORTANCE, NO PRESSURE TO GET IT DONE, OR TRYING TO SELL ME A BUNCH OF STUFF MY TRUCK DIDN'T NEED, LIKE WHEN I GO TO THE DEALER THEY ALWAYS HAVE A BIG LIST OF THING I HAVE TO DO,... EVEN WHEN I JUST HAD IT DONE ON THE LAST TRIP IN..... I WOULD SUGGEST STOPPING BY AND SEE JOHN HE WILL TAKE CARE OF YOU
