They test drove my truck as I was going to trade it in for a new one. When they brought it back my 4 wheel drive gear stick was completely broken off. The inspector who drove the truck tried to tell me that I brought it in like that.I wonder if he knows that you can't shove a vehicle into low gear, 4 wheel drive while driving. He probably knows now. This will cost me several thousand dollars.P.S. I'll be filing for small claims.

Bought a car from here, process was quick and easy but they sold the car to me as clean title no previous accidents. Turns out, I was informed by a different dealership when doing maintenance on the vechile that there was two accidents that this webber Chevy dealership did not disclose to me. They gave me a autocheck that did not state the car had damage history. When I confronted webber chevy, Brent the manager was rude and told me he isn't willing to do anything. Also offered to buy a different car from them.Morale of the story is stay away from these liars they will sell you a bad car and present it as good fruit. Buyers beware.

Originally I had give 5 stars. But now, if I could give 0 stars I would. I brought in an anti-freeze leak to the dealer. They replaced a hose. I went in a 2nd time because the messaging issue came back that I had asked them to check (I don't think they did). So they replaced the thermostat. The leak was still there, so the third time I brought it in and showed them a picture of where it was leaking, they told me there was no leak and acted like I didn't know what I was talking about. It was incredibly rude. I do a lot of work on my car, like changing breaks, oil, spark plugs, etc., so I'm not unfamiliar with its systems. I drove the car for a few months on my "no leak." I had to fill up the anti-freeze about 5 times, well over a can of re-fills, and several times there was barely anything in the overflow tank. The car was consistently leaking and leaving puddles, and the leak location was the same as what it always was. Thanks, Weber. I brought my car to a smaller shop. Turns out the dealer didn't even do the repairs correctly (they didn't need to tell me that after bringing it in 3 times to the dealer for the same issue). What's more, Weber hadn't screwed on my water pump tight enough when they replaced it for me, so I had to buy a whole new one because it was going out again. I also changed out the spark plugs that they did and found out one of the plugs had seized. Thanks, Weber. I lost so much money. I brought it to the dealer thinking I would have quality work, and they didn't even do the job right. What a waste of time and money. I won't be going back, and I won't recommend them to anyone else, in fact, I will share my bad experience with people I talk with. If you charge a lot, at least do a good job and be detail-oriented, holy moly. If a manager asks me to reach out, that won't solve the problem. The only thing that will right this is a refund, feel free to contact me, I am in the system.

Great buying experience. My salesman Mike Busch and the entire Weber team were a pleasure to work with. The process was simple, transparent and relatively quick. Mike went out of his way to help me with this purchase. He even picked me up from the airport and drove me to the bank to pick up a check. I would definitely purchase another vehicle from Mike Busch and Weber Chevrolet.

Keith Key was our salesman for the purchase of a new Equinox, and he was super helpful throughout the process. He was very patient with us, never in a hurry, and full of good information. He actually helped us find a better car (more features) than the one we had our eye on - for a better price. I definitely got the feeling he had our best interests at heart, was playing the long game (for future sales and good references), as opposed to being in a hurry to make a sale. Everyone else at Weber was friendly and helpful also. They definitely gained a loyal customer with me (not something I say that often!)

Purchased a new vehicle from out of state. Had the pleasure of working with my salesman, Keith Key. Keith was a professional throughout the process...quick to reply to emails or texts, quick to provide answers to questions and most importantly was honest and transparent throughout the process. Overall it was a good experience!! My car was done a little later than expected but the people were very flexible and accommodating with when I was able to pick it up! They were up front with prices and did wonderfully with the body repair.

I bought my car here and I take it here for every service. The customer service is always top notch and the service is always honest and quick. They tend to schedule appointments a couple weeks out because they book up quickly, so for oil changes try and call ahead. When you come in for any service, they have a coffee machine that has cappuccino, cafe mocha, hot chocolate, French vanilla and cafe au lait! And to top that, they have donuts for their customers as well! Now that's some great customer service/appreciation.

There was never a phone call after my original review and for to post that there was makes your dealership look even more foolish. I WILL never return for service or sales again
