After almost fifteen years of service, I have to leave a review that speaks to how disheartened I feel with the only dealership I have trusted. After picking my vehicle up after a routine oil change & additional items I requested to be checked (for winter readiness,) my vehicle had to be returned due to a check engine light. After returning it thr next day, I was informed that the work that needed to be done was not related to the service previously completed. It would be over $1200 (the cost of the parts was only $260.) The 2 Star is only because they discounted 10%.) I was informed by 2 other certified dealers that the part needing replacement shouldn't due to the age & number of miles on it. Weber repaired another part that was damaged due to the inspection, but not this. I was willing to even pay the cost of the parts and asked them to cover labor. My review is being shard because I trust their mantra of "Excellent Customer Service" but didn't receive it with this experience. Sometimes you have to just know when to move on.

Last name is Raney and you are not excused for the fact that 2 other mechanics looked under the car and saw the damage and it was insurance company that said that they could not see under the engine and you were supposed to do a reappraisal for the damaged engine parts and then send a new adjusted repair and it would be paid for but you absolutely didn't even do that and funny that the man Dave Heilich walked off his job and Angelina said that the insurance money was supposed to go to the shop. Educate yourself on cars registered in Illinois. You have cost me thousands and I am still paying. 4 months now and weber Chevrolet blames me for their lack of not repairing and doing full engine check. Pathetic

I had awesome experience with all aspects of buying a preowned car at Weber Chevrolet (Creve Coeur MO 63141) on Wednesday, September 9/27/2023! Many thanks to Mike Busch (Sales) and Chris McCoy (Loan) and others who assisted me. I couldn't have done it without YOU guys! I LOVE my 2021 Mazda 6 Sport!!

They test drove my truck as I was going to trade it in for a new one. When they brought it back my 4 wheel drive gear stick was completely broken off. The inspector who drove the truck tried to tell me that I brought it in like that.I wonder if he knows that you can't shove a vehicle into low gear, 4 wheel drive while driving. He probably knows now. This will cost me several thousand dollars.P.S. I'll be filing for small claims.

My car stopped starting yesterday went in for a battery, and my radio wasn't working. Mike in service jumped on it fixed if fuse...it went into the shop to get the battery I was in and out in about 90 minutes everybody there is wonderful

Great buying experience. My salesman Mike Busch and the entire Weber team were a pleasure to work with. The process was simple, transparent and relatively quick. Mike went out of his way to help me with this purchase. He even picked me up from the airport and drove me to the bank to pick up a check. I would definitely purchase another vehicle from Mike Busch and Weber Chevrolet.

Keith Key was our salesman for the purchase of a new Equinox, and he was super helpful throughout the process. He was very patient with us, never in a hurry, and full of good information. He actually helped us find a better car (more features) than the one we had our eye on - for a better price. I definitely got the feeling he had our best interests at heart, was playing the long game (for future sales and good references), as opposed to being in a hurry to make a sale. Everyone else at Weber was friendly and helpful also. They definitely gained a loyal customer with me (not something I say that often!)

I bought my car here and I take it here for every service. The customer service is always top notch and the service is always honest and quick. They tend to schedule appointments a couple weeks out because they book up quickly, so for oil changes try and call ahead. When you come in for any service, they have a coffee machine that has cappuccino, cafe mocha, hot chocolate, French vanilla and cafe au lait! And to top that, they have donuts for their customers as well! Now that's some great customer service/appreciation.

We made an appointment to get our car worked on a month before the appointment.After two days of the car sitting at the dealership they still hadn't even looked at it and really did not seem to care so at the end of the second day we pulled the car out of the dealership to take it somewhere else. Then they couldn't find my car. WTF!
