Vinh was—is—a miracle worker! This real estate market is hard on anyone and especially single income families buying their first home. Vinh is not only extremely knowledgeable of all of the financial aspects of the mortgage loan process but he takes the time and patience to educate clients so they are empowered to make the best decisions for their situations. I truly thought I would never be able to buy a house (elder millennial! Single parent! Student loans!) but he demystified the process and guided me through all of the steps and resources available. Working with Vinh is one of a very few reasons that I was able to close on my first house. If you find yourself in need of not only a loan but a mentor who will guide you through the ever-changing thickets, do yourself a favor and work with Vinh.

I was referred to Vinh when seeking a reverse mortgage for my grandfather. I am very familiar with the mortgage business as I was a loan officer and managed a few mortgage companies from 2001-2015. I am currently in compliance at one of the largest banks in the world. I knew the process but I also knew it was a little different for a reverse. Vinh met my grandfather at his home with me present and just talked with him about the loan. Vinh did not know me and he truly wanted my grandfather to understand what he was getting. It would have been very easy for Vinh to been the rules and cut corners with me helping my grandfather but he kept it all within the laws of lending and still made me happy with communication. He communicated with my 91 year old grandfather in a way he could understand. In the end, we got exactly what we wanted. I never felt like any time was wasted while talking with Vinh. I would recommend Vinh to anyone looking for a mortgage loan. Our experience was for a reverse mortgage product, however, his customer service level was always top notch and he can help with any mortgage product.

Vinh was AMAZING to work with! He helped us every step of the way. I really appreciate that he was willing and able to answer all of our questions.Buying a house comes with a lot of stress. It was so nice to have someone like Vihn to work with. He took so much of the pressure off the situation.We would for sure work with Vihn in the future!

Vinh was wonderful to work with throughout our recent home purchase and closing. The market happened to dip right when we listed and he was incredibly thoughtful and honest on our options and likely outcomes given the changing landscapes. Before this sale, Vinh was so patient with us working through a couple possible prior deals which fell through since we were not in any hurry - I appreciated that he never rushed or pressured me once. Genuine, kind and honest. Will definitely use again.

Vinh helped me complete a deal I thought I was going to lose! Another lender wouldn't approve me at the last minute, I luckily was referred to Vinh, and he made it happen for us! He listened to my case and helped me work as speedily as possible to get my loan approved and my deal closed. He was also extremely available and thorough in explaining the process and all the documents that would be needed. Everytime I had a question or there was an issue he was right there to help get it resolved. He was very knowledgable about the loan and buying process.
