I would give 500 stars if I could! After having a horrible experience at another Verizon store, I went to the Verizon Creve Coeur location. I was immediately greeted with a smile. The customer service representatives were extremely knowledgeable and professional and solved the problem I had been experiencing with my phone. This will definitely be my go-to store in the future!

I am only writing this review about chandler he was so very helpful and professional. I swore I would never come back to this location after having such an awful experience with other employees, but chandler went above and beyond! Definitely ask for him if you go to this location!

I usually try to go to this location for any questions on my phones. Usually helpful people, but this visit was the worst one I have ever had! The girl was very short tempered, very rude. She ordered a new phone before I could even get my story told as to why my phone wasn't working. She stopped me in the middle of my conversation said she order a new one. I told her I wouldn't be home on the day she said it was to be delivered. I told her to cancel it. She said she couldn't, I hade to call customer service. I called them and they said she had to cancel it. I put the speaker on and we all shared the conversation. It was a manager I asked for. She rudely talk to the manager. She was really hateful! She told the manager she was not going to cancel it, that the manager should do it. The manager said she would try to cancel it with the distribution center. But wasn't able to do it before it shipped out. I told the girl at the Verizon office I was not going to be in town, when she told me it would be delivered in 2 days. I told her I would be out of town for a week. She said after 2 attempts, they would return it if I wasn't home, and they would NEVER leave it at the door. So I got a delivery notice that said it was delivered. I come home and no package on the porch. All over this hateful person ordering something I told her not to order. When she thought out conversation was over, she went to the back room and didn't come out. I approached her 3 times telling her she needed to take care of this before I left the store. She just told me to refuse , and walked away from me. I spent and hour on the phone at the store, and another 2 hours trying to get customer service to help me. They had also told me that UPS was not allowed to leave the new phone. They left it and when I came home it wasn't there. I have NEVER been treated so rude and hateful! I have been with them 16 years. That is what loyalty gets you!! I have 3 phones and a tablet on my account. I work for a Fortune 100 company, that has trusted Verizon to give discounts for all these years, and this is what I get! So SAD!!! Never sign up with Verizon. No one there cares if you have a working phone or so else for that matter!!

This is without a doubt the worst Verizon location of all time. They actually told me to use the website instead of helping me. When I asked for the manager, he told me the same thing. There was one employee who seemed to care but she was with another customer. If it wasn't for the fact that Verizon covered southern Illinois better than ATT, I would never do business with Verizon again. I went in asking to upgrade my plan to Ultimate Unlimited and they told me to call in instead of helping me.

Awful experience, I would not recommend this location. Did not feel welcomed, they were not willing to make the experience enjoyable and easy. There was 6 employees standing around, I was the only customer inside. So I thought I would be treated well considering they weren’t busy. They turned a very simple transaction that was already approved through corporate, into a hassle for no reason. They even rolled their eyes and shook their heads in front of me. Customer service was very poor. Definitely will not return to this location.

One of the agents asked me how long I worked at Verizon in an extremely snotty manner when asked to obtain additional information ? what a horrible experience. Thought the customer was always right. Customer service needs to improve here suggest customer service training.

Pretty miserable experience. There were five employees and no other customers. Pretty dismissive employees who weren't friendly, seemed annoyed at the idea of questions, didn't listen, and tried to rush you out the door as quickly as possible.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Magnificent service! This location runs so efficiently. From the time you walk in You are greeted and assigned to a specialist. I had the pleasure of being assisted by Dawn. She was so knowledgeable, joyful, and a delight to work with. She was able to listen and quickly find the plan for me to get all of the things that I have wished for. I am so grateful for Verizon hiring training and promoting wonderful specialist like DAWN, who come in to work and assist us with our Technology needs. I’ve been with Verizon for 25 years and I’m not going anywhere!

My daughter visited the store on Jan. 24, 2024 for help with her iPhone. The female store employee was not helpful and stated "I've had my phone for (??) years and I've never had this problem!" What the heck? Is that any sort of customer service? My daughter was too polite to tell the woman off, but I wish I knew her name so I could post it here. My wife and I abandoned Verizon after 30 years due to high cost and poor service. I hope my daughter will do the same thing. DESERVES NO STARS.

This gotta be the best non televised reality TV show!! The comradery btween Dawn, Keyon, Xavier, and "it's Tony" lol made me apart uv their show! The laughter and jokes were lovingly shared btween associates and this customer. This is now and will be my VERIZON go tew store ? u should go check them out and meet them all, especially Tony. But pull Dawn tew the side bc she knows ???? thank you all and I'm loving the upgrade tew with the flip 5 Xavier ??
