Charged me for $500 gift card which I never got. Cancelled account then. They charged my bank account $500 after I cancelled. Then I had to wait until they resent my gift card. Because I never used the first one (that I never received). And pay off debt with the gift card. Then they send me 2 bills after that and sent me to collections when they stated no collections no bill. They lie

4th visit to Verizon in 2 weeks or so. yesterday, went to return new phones we hated. last night, husband could not receive calls. today..the same. so, once again to verizon after their online chat was useles..the call was dropped. yesterday the store manager helped me. however, after new phone was disabled for return, the old phone was never re-activated. hence..no phoning receiving or sending. folks..this is not rocket science. anyways, now his phone is working. I think boost is sounding pretty good. verizon is hiring anybody and obviously they are not smart. maybe I will apply there. obviously, no knowledge is required.

No. This place is ridiculous. I made an appointment only to walk in, have them take someone who did not have an appointment. I decided "no." Thank goodness as their reviews were so awful.

Both I and my fiancé started services with Verizon under a business account back in November. When they signed us up, the rep placed all devices within a protection plan that we didn't have knowledge of or agree to. We found out about these events due to us not being able to access our account, "stating that we were restricted due to business account (still the same results as of today - 03/29/2022) When we came into the store to speak with rep, we found out that my old iPhone XR that I traded in for a $800.00 credit to my new iPhone had not been applied. Instead, it was applied to my fiancés phone which is incorrect. We are still waiting for it to be corrected and both in store and customer service support have yet to correct this problem since November. Moving forward, we received a notice from Verizon that our bill was behind and that we had an outstanding balance of $700+ dollars. We were confused because we hadn't had the service for a full 2 months yet and our bill is suppose to be $230. We paid the initial late amount of $450 to get our phones cut back on. Come to find out, their system charge us twice for the $450. When we called customer service to talk about the bill, we realized the severity of Verizon's failures. They had charged for services we hadn't signed up for, they still had yet to apply my trade in credit of $800.00 to my iPhone, we still couldn't access the account due to their system errors of an old account and the list goes on. Fast forward, we spoke to Verizon last month (Feb 2022) regarding the same issues. Nothing has been fixed. We also found out that we now owe $900+ on our account after continuously speaking with them for several months. Confused, they stated that they were applying a $600 credit to our account and that they were correcting all account issues we expressed. Fast forward again, we just spoke with Verizon today (03/29/2022) and nothing has been addressed. We still owe $900+ and they cut our services. Each rep knows nothing & all they care to do is collect payment. We were told that our account was up in dispute and that our service lbs would not be cut off until resolved. We were also informed that Verizon would be calling us back to correct all issues regarding the dispute that we placed. This dispute was suppose to last till June 2022 or until we heard back from customer service with a solution to the problem. Well, obviously this complaint is evidence that nothing has been corrected and we are very unsatisfied with Verizon and their whole team.

Verizon has completely screwed us over. We run a business and have never been treated so badly! I see how fraudulent bills are sent to collections on people but this is crazy to be happening to me. I sign up in the store, the rep put all kinds it's extra cost insurances on my account she never explained.... Also went back a second time to get this fixed and no one could help. Looked like the manager looked over and ignored as the new rep gave us the customer loyalty line number. This is how the credit came about...the local company also never applied the trade in credit to the right account. We checked with another store and was told the phone was never shipped in- it must have been sitting on the counter of someone's desk still.. Months later after several calls and showing up to stores with no help, they applied the trade in to the wrong phone on the account. They had all kind off things on our bill we did not ask for. Now a bill of 985.00 they want us to pay after the agreed to credit the bill $600 with no credit to be seen or shown. It's utterly ridiculous and I'm so over this company and their lack of customer service. All the promises and records of notes they have on their account to fix it and yet still nothings, i have yet to even been able to log in to my Verizon business account. Clicking the bill it says please call customer service to access this account. So basically they cut the phones off for non payment, have the bill incorrect and have not delivered on any of their promises! I've never experienced so much frustration with a company. The rep in creve Coeur store from the beginning also seem to only care about how quick she could get sales and sign us up for everything they had incorrectly. These folks are crazy! Then they said pay the 985 and we will turn the phone back because the credit chasing applied yet?! What??? Who has 1,000 to just give with promise to get it back as a credit that never came!!! Now we're being told that they'll credit in 3 hours when it was suppose to be done by weeks / months ago. At this point they need to just wipe the entire bill away and start over with us! That would satisfy my expectations from such a large scamming company. As of now, I have no phone service and another promise of nothing as all of them have been broken. Praying this helps us find some response or resolutions to our issue w/ this company

I came in and asked for advice on the apple 12 and helped extensively. I enjoyed my time here. I had no wait and no other guests were in the store on a Saturday. I came in a Friday evening at 5 pm and was helped immediately and met at the door. The manager helped me with access to my old Verizon account even though I had recently switched to another cell carrier. They were patient and helpful. Definitely come in you have questions, they will help you.

I will always visit this Verizon store now because of Jenny, the Verizon specialist who helped me today. I went in to upgrade my phone and the activation of my new phone was not as simple as she and I expected. However, Jenny helped me through the entire process and was absolutely amazing. She was so patient and spent so much time trouble shooting the activation process. I left the store with a working phone and everything worked out seamlessly. Jenny, thank you for the best customer service I have ever had in my 15+ years as a Verizon customer and I appreciate your time. The entire Verizon team in the store today was absolutely fantastic with servicing customers safely.

Went in to add my wife to a family phone plan and was out very quickly and efficiently, also with a new phone. Kelsey was very helpful and knowledgeable and got us set up right away. The building is under construction and quite small currently, but we were still served quickly and efficiently.

Opened on time on a Saturday. Operating under adverse construction issues. Yet, Kelsey really had us in and out with a transfer of number from old phone to new phone. Very pleasant, knowledgeable and efficient young lady.

We went in because my android phone was failing and I needed to take calls that day. Shay found a similar phone at a great price, transferred the data, and set up my voice mail. I left with a better phone and access to more sites than I knew existed. I have nothing but praise for this location.

I went to this location to get my phone replaced. I talked to the manager, Casey, who was very nice on the phone, I explained to him I would be on my hour lunch break for work so I needed to set up an appointment. When I got there, Bryan, came up to me to see what I was coming in for. When I explained that I needed to get my phone replaced, he didn't care and started to sell me things I didn't want. I kept telling him I didn't have a lot of time and just wanted to get a replacement. Yet, he continued to flirt with me, which was not professional at all. Told me I had such beautiful skin, asked me what ethnicity I was, if I was married, etc. Then I caught him going through my instagram and all of my apps. He walked in the back with my phone, did not tell me why. So I asked another manager there if she could go to the back to see what he was doing with my phone, that he was looking through my instagram and apps without my permission. She told me that its apart of troubleshooting. I have had a phone replaced before and NEVER had the employee go through all of my personal apps. After I get my phone back from Bryan, he prints my receipt off and still does not care that I am on my lunch break and I don't want to be late for work and continues to try and sell me more products that I never asked about. This store is all about commission. They did not care about what I came in for and think its okay to flirt with customers. I have had bad experiences at other stores but never wanted to write a review on yelp until NOW!!! HORRIBLE!

Many of the negative reviews for this store are old. I'm so glad I didn't try to do business here a few years ago. If I'd read the reviews beforehand, I most certainly wouldn't have done business here. But I did do business twice this year, and was VERY pleased. Today I returned to replace my phone because I'm an idiot and managed to place it in a cup of coffee. Again, the same crowd-manager approached us as we entered, took my name for her waiting list, and kept us informed of how long before it was my turn. After a few minutes, it was clear by her responses that the rep who tried to help us was new and not so experienced. We asked to see Jake, who'd helped us the last time we visited. Jake knows the technical side of the equipment he sells; Jake knows the plethora of plans and offerings and quickly can choose one to fit his clients' needs; Jake thinks outside the box to solve potential problems beforehand; Jake exudes integrity. What the heck more does anyone want? Nirvana! My needs were served. And that savvy crowd-manager? When she thought I'd been there a while (remember, we opted to wait for Jake), she doubled back to see how she could brighten my experience by offering me water or directions to the powder room. It takes very good management to hire, train, and retain excellent people, and this office is doing it right!

Awful awful wait times, all of the time. Rude associates, long waits, and it has been this way every time I come here, all hours of the day. I hope to never have to return here. It's awful.
