Do NOT use the ATMs at this location. I put over $700 dollars into the walk up ATM and the machine decided to error out and take my money. This printed out a receipt saying I would need to call customer service in order to put in an ATM dispute. This involved one of the customer service reps guaranteeing me that my money would be in my account within 24 hours…. Which didn’t happen. I had to call back the next day, get transferred 5 different times and then the last person hung up on me. I then called the branch itself and was told they have a 3rd party company that checks the ATMs and there’s nothing they can do and to call customer service again…. Once I was actually able to get someone to help me over the phone they told me it would take up to 10 business days to get my money….. Now why am I the one who’s being punished due to US Banks ATM not working right. This is completely unacceptable and should never happen. 10 days to get my money back is ridiculous and this should have been resolved as soon as I brought the issue to their attention which I still have not received my money back with communication from the bank letting me know it’s going to be resolved.

They refuse wires to Coinbase to "protect me from risk", but they're the same company who gives out credit cards with 30% APRs. Stop trying to control my money.

If I could give less than one star I would!!! Been paying 15 years on a personal/house loan and all they've taken is interest!!!! Imagine thinking you're half done with paying off your mortgage and learn you haven't even started!!! Avoid US Bank at ALL cost!!!!!

This is the third time that I receive extremely poor services with foul attitude here, from different ladies. I need to avoid this location if for some reason I still bank with the US Bank, most other banks provide warm and welcoming atmosphere. at some point I will need to do something to avoid such negative attitude and service, it's just not worth it.

THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. Super condescending and rude. I closed my account due to the banker. She let me know that the manager (which she never spoke with about my issue) would not be able to help me and that customer service lied. I'll tell everyone I know never to bank with this institution!

April 5th, 2021: I deposited $550 into the ATM and then received a receipt that there was an error with the machine. This was $550 cash that I deposited into my checking account from the ATM and because there’s an error on the machine I did NOT get my money back nor was my account credited. I immediately went inside to the branch and reported what had happened and was told that I have to wait up to 10 days. This is unacceptable and the fact that I deposited CASH into an ATM that I’ve been banking with for that long (since 2008) and I have to wait 10 days when I have bills to pay!!! At the bottom of the receipt message they want to say sorry for the inconvenience. DO NOT DEPOSIT YOUR MONEY IN THIS ATM! I’m seriously considering leaving the bank because of this “inconvenience”. I would give zero stars if I could but I had to select one to leave a review! I am a very dissatisfied US Bank customer.

I closed an account due to the horrible customer service and they refused to credit my last interest payment. They have very dishonest business practices. AVOID THIS BANK!!

I just deposited $400 at this locations ATM and it took my money and did not credit my account. I backed up and went in the teller line to let them know. After waiting another 15 minutes the man was extremely rude and told me they couldn't do anything and I should have used the teller line. I immediately called the number on my receipt. After another 20 minute wait, they told me they could only file a dispute that would take 10 days and that only the branch could help me. So i made her call the branch. We talked to the manager, and guess what, same man. His name is Timothy Boyles and I've never talked to a more rude person at a bank! He should be fired immediately. I have been a customer with US Bank over 20 years and for them to not offer any type of immediate relief for something at their own ATM location is unacceptable to me and I will not wait 10 days to use my own money. I've already filed a BBB report but hope no one else has to deal with this kind of treatment.

I would also give this location 0 stars if possible. The manager is unprofessional, rude, and wouldn't even address himself by his name (I wonder why lol). The ATM will eat your money. The drive-thru is backed up no matter what time of day it is; I know if I'm going to the bank I need at least 35 minutes (and I live 1 minute away, literally). Highly considering changing banks completely, but if you stay with U.S., take your money to another branch.
