Data leak.
I do not wish to point the finger at this store specifically, but within 3 hours of sending a package from this store and giving them my phone number I got a text from USPS saying my package is missing information. I thought that because my package was small maybe it was transferred to USPS. After following links to a site, I now have to cancel my credit cards and wonder if my device is compromised because it was important to me that my package was on time. Never have I ever received a text message like this, only after putting my number into UPS’s system. It is partially my fault, but what are the odds of receiving a text 3 hours after I make a shipment?

This UPS store went above and beyond to find a way for me to ship live plants that mean a lot to me. I was shooed off from both FedEx and USPS, but this store showed empathy and put their heads together to find a solution for me. Highly recommend them for all your shipping needs. Great work team!

2nd time I have used their services. Both times were awesome. The employees are very helpful and patient as they had to help me print a label. In a world where good help is hard to find I wish we could clone them to fill the entire service industry.
