I was disappointed with my experience at this store. I was sent to the Creve Coeur location from the Maryland Heights location because I was told that the employees at the Creve Coeur store were better equipped to help guide customers with design-specific questions. I observed other customers being asked questions as detailed as what kind of furniture they have and what their design tastes are and being walked through different color palettes. Though I waited my turn and went at low-traffic times, I did not receive the same attention or service. I don’t have any issues with the products.

Had to get 5 gallons last minute for a job. They were happy to help even though it was 10 min before closing. Great customer service

My husband and I built a house in 1995 and the paint used was Sherwin Williams. There were rooms that did not have to be painted again for 20 years. Of the ones that we did paint, it was only to change the color and Sherwin Williams was used. High quality product, and employees are always very helpful.

Jacqueline Shelton is an absolute delight! If you need incredible paint, customer service that is tops, ask for Jacqueline! In a world of dreadful customer service, it is always a treat to see a smiling (and knowledgeable) face. Beauty and brains! We have several paint projects and it is always great to see her. :)

Mike is really patient, knowledgeable, and treats everyone with respect. Mike took the time to really help me identify the perfect color for my room and was patient when the sample colors weren't quite right. In the end, we found the color that was perfect for my kitchen. Thank you Mike! I'll be back in for the next room I overhaul!

Poor customer service and bad information shared about the paint. Stopped in because of the sale, get what you're looking for sometimes. Won't return. Will stick with The Home Depot.
