I have been doing business with this location of Schaefer Autobody for over a decade, and they are the best in the business. Dana at the front desk and Matt are the two individuals I've worked with, and they are always polite, professional, and efficient.They always make it a painless and efficient process, and my vehicles always look impeccable after the work is completed. They even detail the cars after they are done, and after my last visit they went above and beyond and glued down a piece of loose trim on my Suburban that wasn't part of my claim - now that's service!I 100% recommend this location to anyone who needs to have their vehicle repaired - they are the best in town. Thank you!

I have used Schaefer many years for minor and major body work, and a on a number of occasins, for work that did not involve insurance claims. After each job, no one could tell body work had been done, On jobs involving insurance claims, Schaefe worked seamlessly with the insurance companies.

If I could leave 0 I would. SHADY autobody shop that loves taking advantage of young women. It’s what they do best at Schaefer!! Enjoy getting taken advantage of here. DO not spend a dollar here.

I was not able to make the full payment to release my car to me, so I was able to work out a payment plan and they were very flexible! This place is 10 stars on a 5 star scale, above and beyond. This personally was by far the best, most professional auto service experience I’ve ever encounter. After being hit by a semi, my life was turned upside down it really wasn’t the best time.. BUT they made that all the better. Matt Harms is an amazing representative and individual I’m thankful to have been assigned him as my service Writter.
