I came to Jen and Jamie Speiser at Precision after an almost year-long health battle, having seen both traditional and functional med practitioners prior to visiting them. Between the Precision Medicine and Nutrition offerings, they truly GAVE ME MY LIFE BACK. Jamie is amazing! I first started coming to him because two other women in my family were his clients and had fantastic results, so I decided to give him a try, and he did not disappoint! He and his wife Jen have gone above and beyond their call of duty to help me, including speaking directly with my doctor to get me the prescriptions I need. Jamie takes the time to listen to my concerns and creates meal plans that suit my palate, which helps me stay on track. He has a great reputation and 100% deserves it!

Jennifer is so kind and caring. She really listens to what you are wanting and truly understands facial anatomy. She takes her time and does what is best for the patient. I recommend her as a trusted injector with Botox and filler.

Ava Sansone is honestly the best nurse injector I have come across in the St. Louis area. The main things that I noticed about her is that she is very serious and precise about her work. The other is the empathy and great communication skills she has. She is great at explaining every little thing and making you feel comfortable. We did masseter botox, chin filler, filler in the nasolabial folds, filler around the lips to get rid of some lines cause by previous lip filler, and cheek filler. Ava and I talked about facial balancing goals. She explained that the face is broken up into threes. We decided on a plan and got right to work. She was so sensitive to my needs and anxiety. The anxiety is completely normal and she did a great job to explain everything to me and warn before any pokes. She apologized with every poke which I thought was sooo sweet and caring. The amount of precision and attention to detail she has is unbelievable. She will inject, look at you from every angle, proceed to inject, let you see and ask if anything needs to be fixed. At the end of the appointment she applied some tinted sunscreen to cover up any redness etc from injecting. It was incredibly thoughtful of her to do so. She notices things that you wouldn't and is quick to fix it. Very sweet, gorgeous girl who knows exactly what to do. She has a very bright future in aesthetic nursing and is a total gem that St. Louis does not deserve!! I cannot wait for my next appointment

I came to Precision Fitness and Nutrition for a nutritionist. Hannah has done an awesome job of create meal plan options that are helping me reach my goals. The meal plans are easy to follow and I am never hungry!!!

I can not say enough about Tammy and Lauren. I have had the Agnes done in February and scarlet,2nd time a week ago! They are caring and understanding answering all the questions I had! The micro needling treatments can be the best thing you do for yourself! With the staffs guidance, my skin is rejuvenated and glowing. I can’t thank Lauren and Tammy enough! Great full for your guidance.
