I have been taking my q x eighty..infinity car To plaza since I bought it. each time spending 2000 to 3000 for repairs. There's. I recently took my car and was informed that I needed $8000 worth of repairs. I took my QX80 to another dealer. And he told me that I needed $89 worth repair which consists of a part and a part replacement. He replaced the part car runs great. plaza motors has been taking advantage all this time. They no longer will get my business. So, if you are a personbeware of the repair gouging at plaza. Goodbye plaza

Purchased a used car in 2021, $4k in engine repairs with only 12k mi. Driven. We decided to trade it in for a new vehicle and we were told the car was salvage because of deployed airbags from an accident prior to our purchase. (We assumed the vehicle was clear because of repairs made when we saw the Carfax report). They preyed on our lack of knowledge of how the system worked. When confronted with the issue, we were told it was in the middle of Covid and there was a lack of inventory. I guess that legitimized selling a junk car to an unsuspecting and (trusting) customer.

I bought the car three weeks ago and the check engine light came on. I did not purchase the extended warranty, so I understand the process. I was hoping that after only owning it for only three weeks, I could get some help from Plaza motors. They simply said you did not purchase a warranty. We cannot do anything. They didn’t even offer to look at the vehicle to give me an idea what it would cost to fix the problem.

Plaza is the best BMW dealer of all in St. Louis. I went to all of them and they bend over backwards to Servicew. They take care of their customers and their service is outstanding. No one and I mean no one in St. Louis offers this type of service!

I bought the new car here over 100K but they did not show me how to operate all the feathers in the car. They took my check and said thank you bye bye. All they said we are about closing. However they don’t even have customers care either. This not first time I own the new Mercedes car. I don’t recommend to this dealer.

I went to the Audi dealership to inquire about a vehicle. I walked in and four to five salesmen walked right by me without asking me for assistance so I proceeded to walk across the showroom floor to leave and take my business elsewhere when I was stopped by Alex Madison (salesmen) and he asked me if I’d been helped and I said no not yet. Alex took the time to help me find and purchase one of the vehicles I was looking at. Alex is a great guy and an excellent salesman. He took the time to help me find the car as well as made me feel comfortable with the entire process.

Sad to say, stay away from this dealership. I was warned previously and did not heed the call. We leased a high end car expecting high end service. After 27 thousand miles and one oil change, we failed to get subsequent oil changes. Now I admit everyone knows oil changes need to be done routinely however: They forgot to set up the car for notifications. We had brought the car in for an engine light- they claimed to do a multi point inspection but never mentioned oil change or indicated there was a problem. They gave us a loner car that reeked of smoke. Asked us to go in the rain to get it. We were notified that the engine now had to be replaced at a cost of $22,000. We transferred the car to another dealership who did it for $16,000. Manager of Plaza called after the transfer and offered to do it for less. Service personnel were rude and obnoxious .

Went in looking to see a car that Trucar had located for me. The salesman checked the pricing and we went for a test drive. I ended up purchasing the car with confidence that Tray Hutson and Plaza Motors treated me very well.

This dealership sold me a car that has been a mechanical nightmare. After owning it for a little over a year I had to put over 4K into it, not to mention fixing random things or the fact that the check engine light came on two weeks after financing this car (it’s back in yet again for the fourth time) and let me not forget to mention that the trunk leaks every time it rains. I’d never recommend this place to anyone. I’m stuck with a car that I’m upside down on and constantly having to put thousands of dollars into it. STEER CLEAR OF THIS PLACE.

This is based on approximately 5 years ago, but since I happened to come across Plaza Motors on Google today, I figured that I would share my negative experience with them. The Audi dealership at Plaza sold us an A4. This was not our first A4, but it was our first Audi purchase at Plaza, we normally go to Audi Kirkwood or West County. We should have known that something was not right with the vehicle, when they accepted our offering price which was somewhat aggressive and our starting point for negotiations. When they wrote up the contract, they wrote in a price that was a almost another $700 lower than what we agreed. I was not going to fight them over this and looked to see if there were any other erroneous charges. We purchased the vehicle and noticed a distinct odor after a couple of days. When we notified them, they told us to bring it back for an ionized filtration system cleaning. We were somewhat surprised because they did not find it interesting that a 3-4 year old car would have such a bad odor within 48-72 hours of leaving their dealership. The smell was replaced by another type of a "chemical" scent, but after a few weeks, it was changing back to the old smell. We did our best to combat the smell and also started noticing electric switch/lighting/headlight glitches/issues and were told that its not covered due to the vehicle being 4 years old at that point. Eventually, we drew the possibility that the vehicle was likely water damaged and purchased from a post-hurricane event. The title was clean, but the car was a continuous health and electric problem. Numerous trips, loaner vehicle requests, repairs, etc. Please note that they really pushed this particular car when we told them that we were looking for an A4, accepted our first offer, and then took off even more money on the documents without our request. Someone at their dealership knew what was going on and they probably got it dirt cheap at a flood damaged cars auction in Florida/Louisiana/Texas. These flooded cars get sold so fast after a Hurricane that they often fail to update the Title work to reflect the water damage. To make themselves feel better, they tried to give us an extra-break at the end of the purchase process. In the end, the vehicle cost us far more and we will never be patronizing them again.
