Purchased a GX550 back in 8/24. A deal is a deal. No above and beyond, and I don't expect that. Trade in was 22k. Dealer selling price was 28k. Ran into a rookie financial manager, Sirod Williams. How did I know he's a rookie. He told me that. Been on the job for 2 months. Used a " Financial Cheat Book" when asking him questions. The only positive things: Spirit asked for $1000 deposit instead of $5000 deposit at Mungenast Lexus.

I take my car here for service on occassion and the staff I have interacted with are nice and friendly, and I like the included car wash. The waiting area is clean and has a few snacks/drinks and free wifi. Cons: it takes longer than a normal autoshop for any service. One time I waited 2 hours for an oil change and tire rotation. My most recent visit only took an hour which was nice. They keep mentioning to me that I don't have a 60k service on file and recommend services from that (brake fluid replacement, differential fluid, etc.). I found documentation of this service in my printed records (done at a different Lexus dealership) so hoping that clears up any confusion and they can stop recommending services that have already been done at the scheduled intervals.

HORRIBLE COMMUNICATION!!! Have called multiple times with GM, Salesman and finance. No one answer emails or calls. Salesman experience when buying was poor.

Stay clear of this place. We purchased a vehicle from Joe Haley, and three days later our air conditioning on our QX80 stopped working on our drivers side. We brought it in two days after it stopped working to have it "fixed", but when the problem occurred a month later, their service technician Ryan Warren would not answer my calls on fixing the vehicle. We were then told by Joe that there was nothing they could do about it because we did not purchase their over priced warranty. Shady dealerships like this don't last long, so I hope this can reach at least a few people so they don't fall victim like we did.

spirit lexus owes me 1350 dollars for a warranty refund and refuses to refund me, what is owed to me. i would not recommend anyone to spirit lexus, the people are not honest players

I have purchased two new vehicles here now and as always the process has been seamless. Chris Blumeyer is amazing! The managers are very attentive. Even the GM was offering me refreshments. Thank you again for such an amazing purchase experience!

I called for a quote on 60k service on my 2019 NX300. I was told it would be $471 so I scheduled. When we took car in I was told that I was given pre Covid pricing and new price would be $959. We left vehicle and I called service 15 times to speak to someone else about cost. Every time I was transferred to someone's voice mail. I left several messages and not one person returned my call. I then called and asked for manager and got voicemail again. I left him a message and he didn't return my call either. We picked up vehicle and paid $845 after a coupon was applied. I will not be taking my vehicle to them again. I have located another Lexus dealer and they will be getting my business.

If you’re looking for an honest salesperson you can trust to buy a Lexus then contact Mike Roche at Spirit Lexus in St Louis. My daughter and I looked for a used car for over a year and walked out with 2 cars shortly after I met Mike. That was a year ago and both cars have been AMAZING! Thanks Mike.

Looked at a 2024 Lexus NX 350 F Sport .....Priced at $58,000 .....I currently have a 2022 Infiniti QX55 Essential......I researched my trade in value based of KBB, J.D.Power( NADA)....KBB - Trade In Value Rough Condition was $38,399 and J.D. Power was $41,880...I never brought up the trade in values until the Sales Manager Sergey told my Salesman Trey to tell us that KBB for my vehicle was $35,000......I pulled it up on my phone and showed that rough condition was $38,399 however my vehicle is in excellent condition which trade in value Is $42,307 and 43,880 for NADA ......so then the sales manager use the market value is $38,000 based off the the market we are apart of .....I then said I'm dealing with a trade in not market value .....so then I was told that the cash value of the vehicle is $35,000........All I Will Say Is Know The Condition of Your Vehicle, Your Trade In Value, Cash Value, and Market Value......Before You Go .....Do Your Homework......So That You Can Make An Informed Decision Regarding A Vehicle Purchase......Needless To Say I Left In The Infiniti...........I Don't Do Made Up Or Make Believe Numbers ......I Only Deal With The Black & White .......There Is No Point Of Telling Me What A Trade In Value Is ......If No One Will Go With ......At This Point.......I Need The High End Of My Trade In Value

Same old sleazy car sales tactics at Spirit Lexus. I made an appointment to look at their inventory knowing pretty much what I wanted, but wanted to drive and inspect the vehicle. First of all I noticed the late model used cars were not clean thoroughly. It felt like sitting in someone's personal vehicle. After driving a couple of cars, we decided to go with a new car purchase, the sales person took us into the building and sat us at her desk for quite some time while we discussed details, which was fine. However , when it came time to discuss trade-in, she left us for at least half an hour, waiting at her desk. She returns with a ridiculous lowball figure for my vehicle, and I mean RIDICULOUS. I told the sales person I was not interested in games and nonsense just looking to make an honest fair deal. After being at the dealership for over two hours and the lowball on the trade-in, we got up to leave. She then announces that the sales manager would like to speak with us. No, thank you he could've done that an hour ago. When we tried to leave, my car was not where I parked it. In fact, I could not find it anywhere. I had to go back in to track down the sales person, get my keys, and we searched for my car, eventually finding it in a covered parking lot, far behind the building. This is not the way you should treat customers. I took my business down the road to the other Lexus dealership and purchase was easy breezy no nonsense just as it should've been. I love my Lexus and the service from Mangenust!

I was kinda disappointed here. I expected better service bring "Spirit Lexus in Creve Coeur". I purchased a pre owned Lexus, they didn't bother to wash it prior to delivery. I had to ask them to clean the interior and wash it. There must be 14 year Olds doing the washing because they didn't even bother to wipe it off. When I brought it back for service the tech who serviced it must have been covered in grease because the seats were dirty. Had to ask them to clean that. I got better service from Elco Cheverolet when I bought my older Impala. That car was washed cleaned armor all on the tires and ready to go. I just had higher expectations here and they missed the mark big time.

If I had a negative star, that's what I would give. Service dept is terrible. I cannot wait to trade my vehicle in. I would never do business with Spirt Lexus again. This was my first time buying a brand new vehicle from them and would tell everyone to run. I have owned Lexus cars/trucks in the past from other dealerships and should have trusted my first mind to not buy. They just want your money. They provide the absolute worse service.

I purchased a used car from this dealer. The salesman was a young man who was collaborative and knowledgeable. After taking the car home, I noticed that the sun had burned through the tinted sheet of the driver's side passenger window reflecting #s that were most likely written directly on the glass as dealers will do to market the car. I called my sales rep about it and we made an appointment to bring the car in. I waited about 2 hours and when I came back, I noticed that they did nothing to rectify the problem. The sales rep told me that his "hands were tied," which is a lame excuse for not fixing the problem. Shame on me for not noticing this before handing them a check. Either the sales manager or the service manager (or both), decided that this was not something that they wanted to spend time on, which would have been fine if they would have told me in advance and not wasted 3 hours of my day (1 hour drive time). Because of their decision to not rectify the problem and the way they went about it factors into my decision to not recommend this dealership.
