“Came here to get vaccine records from a flu shot that I got from another Walgreens in a different state and was very anxious that it wouldn’t be possible. I had already tried online myself and the system was down. The ladies up at the counter were so sweet and really took the time to make the right phone calls, access clearance, and made it happen! So thankful for how nice and helpful everyone was!”

“This pharmacy is excellent. The prescriptions are very easy to order online or by phone and are filled quickly. You are contacted by phone when your prescriptions are ready. There are rarely any lines to have to wait in to pick up your prescriptions. They also offer delivery of prescriptions directly to your home. Plus, the pharmacists there are as nice as can be.”
“I've been filling RXs here for years, but most recently have had a really complicated experience with my mother's medication. 5 stars for this pharmacy- I've had to deal with many lately and this is the only one where I can call and reach a real person who actually helps me through my insurance and pricing issues with kindness.”

“My wife and I had a great experience at CVS getting our vaccines. She got three, tetanus, Covid, and flu. Lan was so good at administering the vaccines, neither one of us was the least bit sore afterwards. The convenience of scheduling an appointment, and the availability makes it easy.”
“Insurance forced me to switch to Castia. Pleasantly surprised. Pick up from their office in Creve Coeur, 3 months supply as opposed to refilling every month. Saved about 33% on the cost. Not a bad deal. Can't believe I was worried about it.”

“I have been a customer at the Walgreens at Mason and Olive for a long time. It went downhill for a while and the service was not good. I want to say that over the last year the service has improved. The staff has changed. The pharmacy had improved in speed for customers and the staff is more friendly and helpful. The last time I was there in late fall for vaccinations for flu and COVID booster, there was an appropriate wait time and friendly service. I was pleased to see the effort to improve!”

“Update November 2023: My employer has forced me back to CVS. I’m happy to say things are way better than they were in 2019. Staff is a lot friendly than they were in 2019, and the store is a lot more efficiently run.
Original review from 2019: The pharmacy is horrible. Always a long line. It always takes them several days to fill an RX, even though their website says it will be ready in a couple hours. This place should be shutdown.”

“This Schnucks is much smaller than most, but that's a good thing because you don't feel like your shopping for groceries at a Walmart. The staff is kind and friendly. I've been shopping here for almost 25 years and I still love it. Highly recommend!”
