Horrible staff, They have no idea what they're doing with babies. They measured my daughter for a helmet it was too tight. We went back multiple times to adjust it. They said they did see anything wrong with it. It was leaving red marks on her.

They lied!! We paid out of pocket for the service, because we were told they would provide us with an itemized statement and all needed information to submit to insurance afterwards. They are now refusing to provide the information the insurance is asking for to get reimbursed. Stay away from this company!!

I've had nothing short of phenomenal customer service. The orthotics are knowledgeable and focused on precision orthotics. The ankle buckle of my AFO broke today, Driday before labor day at 3pm. I called o & P immediately and they were able to accommodate a visit to their office to repair my AFO.

The entire staff is absolutely amazing. Keith has made 3 out of my 4 children’s back braces. Keith is definitely very dedicated and goes above and beyond when it comes to helping my children live the best life possible by making sure they have the correct brace.

Glenn was unmasked and was not wearing gloves during my examination yesterday. I asked if he had been vaccinated and he said “I don’t do all that.” I felt very unsafe and will not return.

Check ahead with your insurance if they are in network or not. They try to confuse you and ask you to pay ahead instead of billing the insurance and process the claim.They aim to bypass insurance claim to make you pay higher than agreed rates through insurance.

I had an appointment yesterday at this office. Glenn was unmasked and was not wearing gloves during my examination. I asked if he had been vaccinated against COVID 19. His answer was "I don't do all that." I am 66 years old and have an autoimmune disease. Although I have been vaccinated myself, I felt very unsafe and shocked. I left abruptly. I informed my doctor and asked her to to find a more professional lab where the staff realizes they are health care workers and are serious about protecting their clients from exposure to a surging pandemic.

I waited nearly two hours just for my kid to get something that only took 10 mins to do. The staff AT THE FRONT DESK were unprofessional talking personal business and had attitudes towards their customer responses after they got off the phone with them. I finally asked when will my child be seen she simply stated "in a few" that tells me nothing. So, i sit back down and more minutes went by and she says come and sign in. Wait, what??!? Did she really think that I sat there to play with blocks with my kid and not sign in?? They highlighted my child's name as of she was seen and she was the last to get seen. I will never go back to this place, even though her last orthotics were great and the person who casted her was professional and nice, those are the only reasons they get 3 stars.
